93. The Sea Diver and the Whale. *

I had a lot of fun.

Carlos entertained the rest while, I went swimming.

It was cold. Like a lot more colder that the guys made it look. I realized another thing soon.

Rivers are different.

For one, I couldn't see the bottom even after swimming to my limit and made it back up catching my breath and drinking a lot of salty water.

The violent coughing and the panic caused me flailing even though, I spent an inordinate amount of time of my life in water.

I calmed my self after much difficulty and swam out and walked out the water, the wave still hitting me from behind.

My first experience ended with me laying across the sand and Ilianna jumping and taking the air and some water out of me.

Zephyr returned with yet another sack of clothes. He plopped it down.

" Alright, go nuts.." - he caught Anna in stride and walked away from the vultures tearing into the bag thanking him absent minded.

" It's funny how only those three that forget. " - he pointed behind him. "..I went and bought for the Emils as well. "

" And...? " - I got and fixed my ever messy hair now even more disturbing since the water and the sand.

" Yes dear, I got..the thing and for you something nice and warm along with the same for princess here. " - he handed down to me our kid and began to undress.

The noon day sun was giving enough heat to be comfortable..outside the water.

I enjoyed the view and patted the sand next to me inviting him. " Finally ..come relax with us my love..

" I going to the bottom of the sea..or ocean or whatever... "

He received two very different responses from the women closest to him.

I put Anna down to the sand since and got up shifting the sand off me, Ciren was waiving her over.

He started on his pants." Whoa..are going naked ?"

" Of course, I am..not. Calm down.." - he continued and I saw the swimming pants made of light material.

" Oh that's fine ..wait.." - I saw the outline of my treasure clearly in that fabric.

He followed my eyesight and looked confused.

" You like me to cut it off, maybe? Ouch..you getting more violent by the day. "

I kicked him fully knowing he allowed me to.

I looked and stepped up grabbing it. " It's only for ME..even to look. You go play fish and return right here..and get dressed. Hmm? "

I felt it growing in my hands and his kiss almost took us down a path of depravity.

By the time he let my lips go, I already took it out and pressed it against my stomach enjoyed its heat.

" Damn you women...no,no stop. " - he arched back and put it away. Now forced to stay with his back to the others. " You're good...damn good. "

He walked away in the water carefully not to show anything to anyone and dive in disappearing under the water.

I walked back to the ladies who now in hiding behind some large boulders changing into their bathing suits.

Mother was cheking herself a little too much, as she wanted to impress a certain blessed man.

Who now guessing with the other man what Zephyr could see down there and waited for his return sharing some wine we bought.

I had enough of this.

I walked up and took her some ways away, until no one could hear us.

" Sweetheart? What's the matter? "

I looked at her surprised face but, I was certain.

" Mother...I'm going to ask you this one time and whatever you say, I'll believe you. " - I grabbed her and trying my best to look serious. " Are you interested in Carlos, mother? "

To my surprise she took it seriously and actually thought about it before saying anything.

" I think, I might..I'm sor...

She couldn't finish because I pulled her in. " I'm glad..I think he might feel the same way. "

I pulled away and looked at her bright smile. " I'll ask Zephyr to ..ferret it out. "

She hugged me this time and held me like she always did.

I want them both to be happy..ughh, his voice rang in my head. I want that too, my love.

It's only been a day and look at the development..thanks to my meddling.

Zephyr came back cold to the bone but, with a wondrous smile looking back at the endless water.

" I couldn't reach it..but, the fish..or maybe a monster is down there. " - He sat beside the fire and under a blanket soon with Anna and me retold us what be saw.

" I'm telling you that was no mere fish, it can't be. I felt like an ant next to its body. " - he used his fingers to draw a shape of squashed O with a tail shaped like butterfly wings. " It's absolutely terrifying.."

He talked of such horrors with ease showed how much above the normal he was.

He said something terrifying with a smile of a child finding something interesting in those waters. Harmless and fun.

" The mighty legend of the whale... " - Carlos sitting next my mother enjoying the heat from the fire and have a name to the creature.

Zephyr looked up with a smile. " Of course you know about it. "

We all asked various questions like...

" You knew about it from your family?

" Have you eaten any?

" Don't be daft young Lucian..how many of us it would take to kill one?

" I'm more interested how such a being exists and it's not called a divine beast or worshipped like a water God.

" Do you have seas near Dharma?

" Lord Em tell us about your grandfather who sailed these waters. "

We took out all the cold food we brought which now ended up on sticks roasting in the fire.

Zephyr ended up make me eat, just the filling of some buns so he could fill them with mazzepan and fruits he likes.

It turned into a popular idea so Demelza, Eli and even Petra ended up eating peach or apple jam as well for their respective others to experiment with different fillings.

Sun was soon setting and the weather got cold it was much more windy here than at home.

Soon packed up and promised we came back once the weather changes.

We were all pretty tired but, most my love who had to ferry everyone back one by one.

Like always he did it with a smile and seemingly unlimited stamina..

Worst news of the day, we had to postpone our first sea session until the spring.
