the start:
third person pov: people are not born equally, well that's what happens when you grow up in a world filled with heroes and villains. part of that society is filled with quirks and the other part isn't, the reason for these sudden abilities are still unknown. people use their abilities to either become heroes or to become villains- most of those people chose to become heroes. this all happened because of the symbol of peace; all might. nobody knew much about him besides him being famous and the number one pro hero, but they weren't aware of his personal life; all might had a family. he had a wife and a daughter, his wife wasn't a hero but a normal civilian with a healing quirk now working as a doctor and his daughter a strange child with a electrification quirk and all for one- she obviously got her abilities from her father. they were a happy family but all might didn't want his family to be involved with his hero work so he kept them a secret, since y/n was his only child he didn't want her having his last name so she goes by kim her mother last name.- as time goes by y/n starts to mature gradually due to her understanding of society growing extremely.

(teacher): we all know that your school year in junior high is coming to an end due to being third years, and this is the time you stop and think of what you'll do with your lives. but since heroes are really famous in our society i mindswell come to thought and assume that you'll choose to enter u.a high and attend the entrance exam due to having quirks- (gets cut off by students)
???: my cousin took the exam and passed so i'll follow in her footsteps to become a hero just like her
???: the exam you take to become a student of u.a high..
???: even shiketsu
???: that's on the other side of japan idiot
???: i know that.. sometimes people like to go over there
???: that is true but u.a high is better
???: you're only saying that since most of the pro heroes work there
???: except all might.
???: you can't be so sure about it
??? (teacher): class be quiet. if you want an answer raise your hand when i'm done explaining (yells angrily)
everyone: yes ma'am.
readers thoughts: we were a few months from graduating junior high in other words we're progressing into adult life; meaning that we'll soon have to pick courses for the jobs that we'll like to have in the future. i obviously had my mind set on being a hero.. why- i decided to become a hero for my own will even if i don't show, my father may be the number one pro hero but i want to prove myself worthy of being one
??? (teacher): as i was saying you have a choice to enter the entrance exam for all hero schools but i highly recommend u.a high since most of you tend to follow in the paths of the top pro heroes. (gestures application forms) these are the forms you'll fill out in order to participate.. but i highly doubt that any of you will refuse the offer of participating in becoming heroes
(once she says that she hands everyone the application forms then heads back to her seat..)
??? (teacher): you have until next friday to fill out these forms and only friday. if late it will not be counted into the exams, (then smiles) you are all dismissed and you may also stay after school to chat more about your applications
sora: hey, kim-san
y/n: huh- what is it, sora (boredly)
sora: i was wondering on what type of school you'll be attending or are you even going to attend a hero school
y/n: u.a and you.
sora: (smiles) hm, nice choice but i'll be attending shiketsu
y/n: you're such an idiot sora. shiketsu on the other side of japan
sora: ahaha, i know that. but what would put my quirk into use, since i live here i can always create portals and go to school. and as i do so i can practice making the distance of my portals expand, plus it isn't like i can teleport all the way to the u.s
y/n: if you're going to do something like that then learn how to control your quirk
sora: (blushes in embarrassment) i know how to do that... i just struggle with the destination (mumbles)
y/n: (rolls her eyes while getting up to pack her stuff) let's see about that. if you struggle to get into shiketsu then try ketsubetsu it's not far from here but it's your choice

sora: (sighs) kim-san, why bother applying to attend a hero school if you don't look eager doing so
y/n: you do know that i don't have to show a reaction to show that i'm eager or accomplished
sora: ugh, you always say that (pouting)
y/n: it's because i make sense leaving you to having none. (bluntly)
sora: (fake crying) why do you have to be so mean kimi-chan
y/n: (glares at her) i thought you were done calling me that, that nickname sounds so stupid
sora: (giggles) no it doesn't, i think it's cute. unlike you you haven't given me a single name- (sighs) you're so mature- learn to live life easy. plus you won't look attractive with that attitude of yours
y/n: i'm not even trying to
sora: -and this is why you're still single.. you're always blunt, serious, intimidating, and quiet
(y/n ignores her)
sora: ooh- look at that a new bargain open for pocky not to mention free hero merch, let's go check it out kimi-chan
(once she said that y/n phone started to ring- it was loud enough for her to hear but not for sora due to her wandering off into the convenience store, as this happens y/n takes it out our her bag only to see that it's her father so she made her way to a less crowded area which was behind the the store and answered the call. it was her father)
y/n: hello father, did something happen- as always
all might: (sighs) it's nothing really important but i might arrive home a little late due to encountering a fanboy, so i wanted you to inform your mother about it knowingly that she might be busy with a few patients at the hospital
y/n: hm... alright, bye dad. i hope you're doing alright
readers thoughts: i wonder how big of a fanboy he encountered, most of them would ask for his autograph i wonder what's with the "new" one
third person pov: once y/n hung up the call she heard an explosion go off a few blocks away from the building she was currently at. as this happened she quickly ran towards the direction of the explosion or the smoke- after about fifteen minutes of running she finally made it to the building only to see a weird looking villain and a few "lower" rank heroes helping out but failing in the process. as y/n saw that mt. lady and kamui woods couldn't do anything she saw a boy with green hair appear out of nowhere running towards the villain
??? (random hero): don't do it you idiot, stop before you're going to get yourself killed (yells)
sludge monster: not this brat again
y/n: interesting. (mumbles)
readers thoughts: as i watched the boy run in to help out the student caught in the sludge i saw him throw his book bag, i was a bit confused on why he did so... until i came to the conclusion that he's quirkless- (sighs) what an idiot, he's obviously going to get himself killed
???: deku, why the hell are you here
"deku": i don't know all of a sudden my legs.. they started moving (while attempting to help out)

readers thoughts: after my father saved the day he was surrounded by reporters interviewing him along with a few fans complimenting him, once he managed to escape them he met back with me on my walk home. he scolded me for not helping out and told me i should smile more if i want to be a hero, i did chuckle at the statement but it wasn't really worth my time- not until my father mentioned the fanboy from this afternoon.. he said that the guy with the green hair that ran in to help stop the villain was the fanboy. i was taken back by his response but found it reasonable due to the courage he had to run in to such a live or die situation, right now my father and i are currently "following" him home or catching up to him to give a quick chat or just my father that was until he ran away leaving me alone
y/n: (sighs while glancing at her phone screen) i mindswell call sora
third person pov: after dialing the number the call was answered immediately
sora: what the in the world were you thinking, how could you ditch me at the store. i was literally looking for you for two hours
y/n: it's not even called ditching, i simply didn't follow you since i had better things to do
sora: eh- what's better than spending time with your best friend (in disbelief)
y/n: i wouldn't say best.. but we're simply just friends and nothing more- i actually expected you to watch the news but due to being absent minded i bet you didn't, also if you were looking for me why is it now that you call me
sora: i-i... haha, i was seeing how reliable you are to see if you would call me
y/n: yeah, sure..- well goodbye
sora: h-hey, uh wait. i needed to know-
(y/n hangs up the phone then places it back in her bag)
y/n: (glares at the sky) how the hell did we even become friends, she's so annoying.
third person pov: after making her way around the block she spotted her father not his all might for but in his weak form along with the green haired boy freaking out, at the view of things she was worried so she quickly ran towards him
y/n: father (yells in slight concern)
