As Blaire left, Lux turned his attention back to the Portal.

The mysterious rift in reality seemed to pulse with an otherworldly energy.

He knew he had to investigate it further to understand its origins and potential threats.

With a deep breath, Lux stepped closer inside the Portal. After a while, he found the end.

But it was completely different from what he expected.

Looking forward, a multicolored wall of lights seemed to hide the entrance throughout the last mountain that could be seen.

Its swirling vortex of colors and lights mesmerized him, and for a moment, he felt as though he was being drawn into a different dimension.

Lux extended his hand cautiously, feeling a strange force pulling at his fingertips.

The energy was unlike anything he had encountered before. "This feels familiar... But where have I seen something like this?"

As he made contact with the Portal, it emitted a low hum, and he could sense the immense power contained within.

Lux's curiosity was piqued. He knew he had to unravel the mysteries of this Portal, not just for himself but for the safety of his loved ones.

But as he delved deeper into the investigation, Lux couldn't help but think about the encounter with something similar once again.

"Just like with the Moon..." As he muttered this, Lux sighed with emotion.

He now clearly remembered how a few years ago when he was confident enough to explore the Moon, he encountered something at least 70% familiar with whatever was now in front of him.

'Beyond this... There is a new world.' Lux felt strange thinking that a few meters before him there was another Portal inside a Portal.

He chuckled at the thought for a while before recovering himself and steeling his will.

'Since Nia is also here, I wouldn't want something to happen and drag her down just because I was lazy and couldn't be bothered to destroy this Portal.'

Thinking so, Lux was enveloped by a golden light. He was once again in Light King mode, but this time, he was going to show himself to the world.

His voice, a bit different from the usual, boomed across the Portal.

"Alcaeus Academy Instructors, Professors, and Students; Light King here, I would have to kindly ask you to leave this Portal before I destroy it."

After his message ended, it took a few seconds for the people inside to completely digest his words.

"Alexander! What should we do?"

"Why did Light King appear here of all places?"

"How do we even know it's truly Light King? What if someone's impersonating him?"

Alexander Leone, the strongest Instructor present, seemed to ponder for a while, but before he could complete his train of thoughts, a flash of light appeared in the midst of the group.

"Leave, now." As the figure didn't stay any longer to be questioned, and directly left, Alexander and the other Instructors were left stunned.

"That was..."

"Let's go, now. Find the other students, and we'll meet again at the Portal entrance."

Saying so, Alexander dashed towards a direction, the other Instructors also quickly recovered and did the same thing.

They were going to rescue every single student before exiting the Portal.

They didn't want to get caught in the aftermath of Light King's frenzy.

It was unknown what his reasons were for doing it, but the people present all knew one thing...

Light King had saved the world a few times already, so he surely found something wrong with this Portal, something that could threaten humanity.

As Lux's message reverberated through the Portal, uncertainty and discussion filled the air among those inside.

The sudden appearance of Light King was both astonishing and concerning.

Alexander Leone, with his seasoned wisdom, considered the situation carefully.

He knew that they couldn't ignore the presence of someone as powerful as Light King.

"Let's gather our students and get out of here," Alexander declared firmly to other Instructors and Professors he met along the way.

As he led the way, his steps were determined as he raced to locate the Alcaeus Academy students scattered throughout the Portal.

Other Instructors followed suit, their priority being the safety of their students.

They knew the reputation of Light King and his dedication to protecting humanity.

If he had appeared here, it was for a reason, a reason that could potentially threaten them all.

Despite the unanswered questions, they understood that it was their responsibility to ensure the safety of their students and themselves in case Lux's actions resulted in the destruction of the Portal.

With each student they found and guided back to the entrance, the urgency of the situation became more apparent.

Fear and anticipation lingered in the air.

They trusted in Light King's judgment, knowing that if he saw a threat, it must be a dire one.

As they worked to rescue every student, the Instructors were determined not to let themselves be caught in the aftermath of Lux's power.

The world had relied on Light King's heroics multiple times before, and this was another moment where they placed their faith in him, hoping that his actions within the Portal would indeed save humanity from an imminent danger.

"Light World: Infinite Spears of Judgment." When Lux saw the situation with the Instructors and Professors evacuating the rest of the students, he didn't have anything else holding him back.

Since the majority of the monsters were far away from the Portal entrance, Lux decided to release one of his most powerful AOE attacks.

Soon, the entire fake sky of the Portal was covered by hundreds of thousands of light spears.

The 'Infinite' in the name wasn't just for show; as long as Lux had enough energy, he could deploy the spears of light continuously.

Slowly, the spears of light started descending down to the ground; it looked as if a multitude of stars collapsed at the same time.

"I feel sorry for the monkey... But who knows, maybe he will find a better place to find some new friends to keep him company."

Muttered Lux while feeling a bit sorry about the fact that he was going to destroy the Portal.

It wasn't his fault that it happened; circumstances pushed him to do it.

Though, before the first spear of light touched the first hole where he discovered the depictions of the dragon, a small beam of red light rose to the sky; the most interesting thing was that Lux didn't seem to observe it.

Not even when the red light entered his body, before completely disappearing, as if it never existed...
