Once Bai Shen said that, there was silence. Neither Lux, nor Khione said anything else for a while, as the news was simply too incredible for them to say something.
"I bet you didn't expect that. Well, it wasn't planned at all, especially when I was willing to give my life for the planet, only to be betrayed by everyone else besides my own faction."
Shaking his head, Bai Shen let out a sad sigh and looked to be so lonely at the moment that he simply stared out the windows, as if looking towards his home planet once more.
"Then…the four fragments of the original Earth can't be brought back into a single one even if those original people are looking for it?"
Despite already knowing the answer, Lux still decided to ask, just to make sure.
"That's right. I mean, if they can't ask for help from a Forgotten Monarch, it should be impossible to recover the lost fragment."
