Two Types Of Friend Quest And Their Rewards

"Damn, I slept for too long. But it seems that the integration with the <Supreme Beauty> talent was a success."

Keith commented as he awakened from his slumber and checked the time from the alarm clock placed at the side of his bed on a desk.

[Yes, Keith. The <Supreme Beauty> talent integration was a success. But then again, the chances of it failing were close to zero. Even if it failed, the integration failure wouldn't cause death.]

Alicia assured Keith that the <Supreme Beauty> talent integration was unlikely to harm him.

Alicia reminded Keith, and she even paused for a while to marvel at Keith's current appearance.

Keith did what Alicia had suggested to him as he walked toward the full-body mirror that was placed in his room. As for why he had such a mirror in his room, it was because of him being conscious of his appearance, and he would take as long as a girl would take to prepare her looks.

Alicia wasn't lying when she commented that Keith's appearance was breathtaking. If his previous appearance was within the line of being average among handsome men, Keith could now proclaim himself as the world's most handsome man in front of those actors and idols with none of them complaining!

Keith's golden blonde hair wasn't disheveled as it fell down his head rather smoothly and neatly. His straight hair covered the eye on his left side and partially that part of his face. His eyes were heterochromatic, with his left eye, which was covered by his hair, being violet, while his right eye was shaded in a golden hue, the same color as his hair.

As for his body, it was almost the same, with the exception that it was slightly more muscular. His body was still thin and lanky, but his muscles were more defined, unlike before.

His build was slightly optimized with his <Supreme Beauty> talent to accommodate his change in appearance. But since the <Supreme Beauty> talent improved mostly his appearance and not his body, his build wasn't worth boasting about, unlike his handsome appearance.

His build wasn't improved to become like those Greek gods' bodies, and it wasn't even comparable to those bodybuilders. But at least his build was now above average and was comparable to men who regularly visit the gym.

Alicia snapped Keith back to reality as he stopped marveling at his appearance and focused his full attention on Alicia.

"What? I was enjoying being a narcissist."

Keith asked Alicia as he showed slight displeasure at her for stopping him from continuing to admire his appearance.

"Of course, I want one. It's a system quest, right? Where I get some rewards in return for completing the quest."

Keith inquired of Alicia to check whether the knowledge he had from reading system novels could be applied to his system or not.

[The Friend In Need type of Friend Quest requires you to become the friend of someone who needs a friend. You will temporarily receive talents, abilities, or items that you will need to accomplish the Friend Quest.]

[Some are choosy when it comes to accepting a person as their friend, and they will have requirements when it comes to judging whether they want that person to be their friend or not. And that is where the temporary talents, abilities, or items come into play.]

[If the potential friend wants a friend who can act as their bodyguard and friend at the same time, you will receive talents, abilities, or items that you will need to fulfill their requirements.]

[The rewards you will receive for completing the Friend In Need type of Friend Quest will depend on the temporary skills and items that the Friend Quest granted you. But you won't receive all of those temporary skills and items since the number of rewards that you will receive will depend on the number of stars that your potential friend rates you. So better impress your potential friend so you can receive more or even all rewards.]

Alicia paused for a while so that Keith could digest the information that he had received from her. After all, he wasn't like those geniuses who could understand things in an instant or in a short amount of time.

After Alicia noticed that Keith had already understood what she had told him, she continued her explanation.

[The Friend Indeed type of Friend Quest requires you to help your friend in their times of need. So it will only be triggered if your friend is in trouble or in need of help.]

[The reward for that type will depend on what your friend wants you to receive. Whether it is for you to become better in one of your skills and talents, or for their love and loyalty. The reward can even be their first time or virginity if it's a girl friend!]

When Keith received Alicia's explanation of the two types of Friend Quest, he couldn't help but comment on how generous the rewards were. Not only would he receive a friend, but he would also receive a reward for having such a friend. In particular, that virginity reward was tempting for Keith, who was still a virgin.

But, of course, Keith wasn't a cheap person. If a girl friend of his offered her virginity and she wasn't his type, he wouldn't accept that offer.
