~light and darkness~

I was running I didn't know why but I knew I needed to run something or someone was chasing me i could feel it the aura was something i couldn't explain, all of a sudden I fell I screamed at the top of my lungs I didn't know where I was falling to, I didn't even know where I was at that moment and suddenly.....

"angel wake up " my mom called, I was sweating and I felt cold when I woke up 'I was dreaming' I said to myself the dream felt so real this wasn't the first time I was having such dreams,it started when I turned eighteen so what was this all about and why was it the same dream .

Mom's voice echoed in the room "what happened why you so sweaty all of a sudden was it a nightmare" I saw the worry in my moms eyes and I couldn't bear it so I wiped the sweat off my head and just smiled saying there was no need to worry and I was just feeling hot, I checked my watch and it was past nine "sh*t mom am late am so late" I immediately rushed to the bathroom and did the normal stuffs I got ready I hugged my mom goodbye and was finally ready to leave.

"angel oh my look at the time do you know I called you six times just this morning and you weren't even picking your calls how careless could you be" kiara said. "am so sorry boss , am really so sorry ,I can even wipe ur feet for the rest of my life just to receive your everlasting forgiveness " I said while laughing, kiara has been my bestfriend since I could remember she was always the one who stood by me throughout and we promised ourselves that nothing in this world can ever separate us and ever since then she's been my one and only companion of course after my mom.

I switched my phone off since I didn't want any distractions, I worked in a tech company and got paid very well,it was far from home though but I had to manage .

I came back home after twilight and suddenly felt scared because the door of my house was open mom never leaves the door open and we don't have any friends apart from kiara's family' I thought, "mom" I cried out loud but to my shock no one answered me I took a peak inside and the whole house seemed perfectly good to me so where was my mom then I noticed the back door leading to our garden was.also left open, I was about closing when....

"happy birthday to you" I was so shocked, i even forgot my own birthday everyone was there my mom, kiara ,her brother and her parents .

I wanted to cry at that moment cause the only people who I cared about were present and they remembered my birthday , I saw kiara walking towards me and I immediately hugged her " i even forgot thank you so much for everything " I said cleaning my tears, "why you crying how could you think I would forgot this special day, the same day my best friend in this whole galaxy was born I could never forget even if I wanted to now my innocent angel had finally turned twenty at last" we shared the cake and we all played games and talked about different things.

somehowere in a deserted area...... the wind was blowing stronger than normal ,sounds of trees and footsteps could be heard and all the animals sensed danger as they all fled. " he sent me to retrieve the letter from you your duke sir " , an old man with very thick and sharp features gave the letter to him he gave him a sign before leaving in his car....

I was running again this time it wasn't dark it was day and again I didn't know where I was running to but I could feel the danger the sun was shining brightly yet I felt so cold to my veins no one payed attention to me it was like they couldn't see me at all , it felt so strange then I saw a knife and i saw blood, my blood I felt the twisting pain in my stomach it hurt a lot I screamed and I woke up to my mom running to me "heaven its a bad dream am here with you now don't worry" she hugged me tightly I was breathing heavily but the next thing I knew it was dark.
