"Well Jacob, I made some research and I have some bad news about Dagon. He is actually using you."
What? Using me? What on earth do you mean he's using me?" Jacob's eyes widened with confusion, seeking answers.
"Hmm! You see, it's a tale that spans many centuries, delving deep into the annals of history. Are you prepared to hear this intricate narrative?" Adam asked, gauging Jacob's readiness.
"Yes! I'm all ears, go ahead," Jacob replied, eager to unravel the mysteries surrounding his connection to Dagon and Rahap.
Adam took a deep breath, his fingers retrieving a small, ancient-looking book from his pocket. The leather cover showed signs of age. As he began his narration, the words flowed like a timeless river, carrying Jacob through the ages and revealing the secrets that bound their destinies together.

Many centuries ago, in a land not too far from here, there existed two magnificent cities ruled by two brothers, Dagon and Rahap.
These siblings were once benevolent leaders who cared deeply for their people and the prosperity of their cities. But as time passed, the allure of power consumed them, and their hearts were tainted by greed and ambition.
Whispers of their dark dealings with the devil spread like wildfire, as the brothers sought to gain unimaginable power from the depths of darkness itself. The citizens, who once revered them, now trembled in fear, witnessing the brothers' descent into malevolence.
The once-thriving cities now lay in the shadows of tyranny and oppression. The people were desperate to break free from the brothers' grip, but the brothers' newfound wicked powers made them invincible. Fear hung in the air like a suffocating fog, and the desperate cries of the oppressed reached the heavens.
In the darkest corners of the cities, a group of brave individuals began searching for a solution to save their homes from the malevolent rule of Dagon and Rahap.
Legends whispered of a powerful artifact, a magical cage said to trap even the most powerful beings and hold them captive. It was said that this cage could contain the brothers and their malevolence, forever locking them away from the world.
The brave search party embarked on a perilous quest, overcoming treacherous terrains and facing fearsome creatures conjured by the brothers' dark magic. But their determination was unyielding, for the fate of their cities hung in the balance.
After months of relentless searching, they stumbled upon the ancient chamber where the fabled magical cage was rumored to be hidden. With great caution, they unraveled its secrets, and there it stood before them, an ethereal prison that shimmered with otherworldly energy.
Drawing upon the knowledge of long-forgotten rituals, the group prepared to confront the brothers. As the full moon cast an eerie glow over the land, they lured Dagon and Rahap into a grand showdown in the heart of the city.
With a fierce battle raging around them, the brave souls executed the ritual, trapping the two brothers within the magical cage. But this was not the end; it was merely the beginning of a new chapter in the brothers' dark tale.
The cage acted as a conduit between the brothers and the world.
Legend has it that When they would be eventually released, they would possess the bodies of their descendants and wield unimaginable powers. Yet, the key and the cage were hidden, and only a true blood of Dagon, one with the purest hearts could find it.
Generations passed, and the memory of the malevolent brothers began to fade into legend. People lived in peace, and hope blossomed anew.
But an ominous foreboding lingered, for they knew that someday, someone with the blood of Dagon would arise, unaware of the darkness coursing through their veins.
And legend also has it that the descendants of those who once imprisoned the brothers would unite to help Dagon's blood get rid of his ancestors, for he shall choose humanity over family.

As the last page was turned, Adam's voice trailed off, leaving the room in a reverent silence. Jacob sat there, absorbing the weight of what he had just learned, his mind reeling with new perspectives and insights.
So whenever you give Dagon control of your body or utilize his power, you inadvertently augment his strength, inching closer to the day when he becomes powerful enough to break free and unleash devastation," Adam began, his voice tinged with concern.
"As the host of Dagon, it follows that Dagon and Rahap are my ancestors. Wait, that means whoever Rahap's host maybe is my, uh..." Jacob's words were interrupted by Adam.
"Your distant cousin, perhaps," Adam interjected, attempting to fill in the blank.
A smile slowly spread across Jacob's face, a glimmer of hope emerging as he realized that he might still have family out there, connected through these ancient entities.
"It is evident from your smile that you are filled with joy. Anyone would be, given such a discovery. However, our focus now is to find a way to rid ourselves of Dagon and Rah..." Adam trailed off abruptly as Ray entered the room, breaking the intensity of the conversation.
"Hey, guys! Who's Dagon, and why are you trying to get rid of him?" Ray inquired, his curiosity piqued.
"Oh, it's nothing, just a nobody," Jacob quickly interjected, attempting to divert the discussion. "By the way, aren't you back earlier than expected?"
"Yeah! Some guy with water manipulation abilities lost control and nearly flooded the entire classroom. Hence, I'm all soaked," Ray replied, showcasing his dripping wet clothes.
"It's funny how I can say something similar happened in our class too," Adam chimed in, a touch of irony in his voice.
"Hmm, today didn't go as planned for any of us. I'll go change my clothes now," Jacob concluded, the events of the day leaving a lingering sense of unpredictability in the air.
Ray left the both of them in the room to go change his cloth. Immediately he left, Jacob whispered to Adam.
"We must not let him find out anything about this, at least not for now."
