Chapter 33 Who Are You?

Jenna put the coffee aside without drinking it. "You haven't heard?"

"Heard about what?" Nicole looked at Jenna with a confused look on her face.

Jenna rolled her eyes. "The gossips. Didn't you feel like something is off today? Didn't you hear them talking about you when you came to work this morning?"

"I did." Nicole nodded. "But I didn't know what they were talking about."

Nicole was just wondering about it.

People had been staring at her and whispering all morning and it continued till now.

Nicole even suspected if someone had stuck a note on her as a prank.

"My God, you really just live in your own world and don't care about what happens on the outside." Jenna was stunned.

"I didn't want to be like this either but I'm just too busy. I don't have time to care about anything else." Nicole propped up her face with her hands. "Just tell me, what did I do to become their topic of discussion?"
