Chapter Three Hundred and Eighty

Third Person POV

George's mother has been keeping her eyes on the new couple making sure that they are comfortable and have everything that they will need during their stay at the mansion. She is already counting the days that she will finally become a grandmother, she made sure that every meal that the cook prepared is high in nutrients especially energy-giving food, a lot of fruits were being prepared for them. She supervised the activity going around in the kitchen and she constantly reminds the cooks to help her realise her dream of becoming a grandmother. Everyone in the mansion is in support of having little kids running around in the mansion to make it look alive again.

George and Sarah are having the best honeymoon, they have everything at their disposal and if there is anything they are lacking all they need to do is to ask and they will be provided for them. George limited the number of calls and messages that he will be getting throughout the week cause he want to concentrate fully on Sarah and to give her the best honeymoon, since where they will be going is limited for now, he intends to make good use of the one they have now. 

Steve was in his study brainstorming on the best way to deal with George and have the company in his palm when he heard a knock on the door, he asked whoever it is to come in, knowing that it will be one of his guards. Yes, what can I help you with? He asked nonchalantly. Sir, there is something that you need to know, the guard said to him. Out with it already, will you, he snapped at the guard. Your nephew George got married to Sarah last weekend, the guard reported. Steve can't believe what he just heard, he can't believe that he missed such an opportunity to strike. Why am I hearing this now? He asked the guard.

It was made a private affair, it was your sister-in-law Secretary that was heard saying it,  that is how we came to know about it, the guard explained. Steve dismissed the guards and was lost in thoughts. So, this is the reason why Anna doesn't want to help me cause she knows that these people are already anticipating my moves and there is no way I would have been able to get them cause they will be steps ahead of me, but what is Anna planning. After all, I know that whatever she is planning will take time but it will be successful. I think I will drop my revenge quest for now and distract my mind for the time being, that were the thoughts going on in Steve's mind. Steve send a quick message to Anna. 

*now I understand why you did not want to join me in my quest to get my revenge on my nephew and my sister-in-law, but I want to tell you that am ready to wait for you whenever you are ready and when you are finally ready, notify me and I will be there*

Steve sent the message to Anna, what bothers him now is what he will be doing till when Anna will be ready with her plan. He need to find something to do and helped him to manage his funds for the big kill.
