As Ignis and Migi stepped into the dense forest, an uneasy silence hung between them.
Migi, her fox ears twitching nervously, glanced at Ignis. They had been walking in the forest for hours, and to her, it started to seem like an issue. And one could not blame her, since she and Ignis never really got on the right foot back in the day.
"You said you wanted to see me? What's this about?" Her voice was laced with confusion and a hint of apprehension.
Ignis, the spirit of flames, stood tall and proud. Her fiery hair seemed to flicker even in the absence of wind. Her eyes, burning with barely contained fury, fixed on Migi. "I think you know exactly why we're here," she said, her voice low and dangerous.
Migi's tail swished anxiously. "Ignis, if this is about Darli—"
"Don't call him that!" Ignis snapped, flames erupting around her clenched fists.
Migi stared at the flames for a while, "so it is about him then".
