Chapter 27: Planetos Magical Leylines and Arrival of the Holy Dragon Digimons

AN: Here we go, Holy Dragon Digimons enter Planetos. I had to research how digimon travel to earth and of course it had something to do with a lot of factors, and I used one ability of Arceus

Confusion and outrage lingered in the atmosphere amongst the lords of Northern Westeros. The magical abduction, forcing them all to suddenly appear in Castle Black intensified their heightened emotions regarding the dismantling of The Wall. Sure enough their allies from Avalon did not explain why one of the monuments built by Brandon The Builder had to be destroyed, and just shockingly announced their plan. The King of the North, Torrhen Stark had to give out his loudest scream to halt the endless rants coming out from his vassals.

Torrhen: WILL EVERYONE SHUT YOUR RAMBLES AND LET OUR ALLIES EXPLAIN

Lord Umber: My King, our allies from Avalon should ought the decency to have informed us prior to unexpectedly announcing their decision

Lord Karstark: I might also add that mysteriously expelling us from our homes without a raven or letter to prepare our minds

Lord Reed: I have no complaints against magic, but Lord Brandon and Lady Visenya, might I suggest for the magical sentients of Avalon to learn about human customs and manners

One by one each lord voiced their grievances, which was acknowledged by Brandon, Visenya, Arceus, Malygos, Sindragosa, Irene, Leaf, Lily and Wun-Wun. The visitors from Avalon felt that their their series of unexpected revelations was a little excessive. As one of the few humans of Avalon, Irene, Brandon, and Visenya after some internal deliberation have decided that Avalon's residents ought to be instructed in polite conversation and human decorum. Meanwhile Arceus, Malygos, Leaf, Lily and Wun-wun recognized their brazenness, but at the same time perceive human behavior and customs mind boggling and complicated.

Arceus: Avalon's allies we understand your dissatisfaction, and moving forward me and my friends will adhere to your practices and customs when it comes to communicating, though this sudden disruption is without just cause

Lord Glover: Thank you for your understanding Lord Arceus. I speak for all of the northern houses that after hearing Avalon's plan to destroy the wall, the very monument that protects us from the monsters beyond has caught quite a stir and we wish to know more why it has come to that?

Malygos: Our allies of Northern Westeros. The very wall that protects you is also strengthening our enemies on the other side. The wall has now become both a shield and a sword that can be used against us. 

Sindragosa: Me and my mate as Aspects of Magic have concluded that the distribution of magic is uneven in your world. A physical manifestation of this untamed and wild magic, is the inconsistent longevity of the seasons. Winters are longer and summers are shorter.

Lady Mormont: Indeed that is what we in the North have experienced for a thousand years. Are you all saying that their is an imbalance in our world's magic, and the source is The Wall

Irene: Quite perceptive of you Lady Mormont. Every world that has magic in it, follows a certain structure that maintains a balance. This balance is called a magical leyline, channels of immense magical power that course through Planetos itself. The leylines are like blood vessels of the planet where magic flows into. This world's magical leyline is being disrupted by The Wall.

Sindragosa: We have also observed that the flow of the magical leyline passes from the wall, and because of that magic is to continuously being stored and used to charge the warding runes preventing the Night King and his undead army. Thus magic coming from beyond the wall is unable to flow hence the uneven weather patterns.

Malygos: Furthermore since magic is highly concentrated beyond the wall, together with the rise of magical energies in Planetos, our enemies are able to become stronger and able to summon additional forces from other worlds or dimensions. Me and Sindragosa have faced one such enemy from our previous world called Old Gods, which unfortunately happen to also exist in this world

Every northern lord including Torrhen Stark gasped with utter disbelief with what they just heard. The deities they revered were killing their world.

Realizing that there seems to be a misunderstanding, Leaf and Lilly immediately continued their discussion. The two had to release their fairy aura once more to control another misunderstanding.

Lily: Before you rowdy idiots start panicking again the Old Gods from the void, that Malygos is referring to are entirely different and not the same Old Gods of Nature that you worship

Leaf: Lily its mean to call our allies idiots.

Lily: Well these Northerners are about to react again and will only prolong the discussion

Leaf: Malygos, and Sindragosa, we really need to find a proper way to communicate with our allies or the amount of misunderstanding will keep piling up.

Sindragosa and Malygos: tehehehe....

Torrhen Stark: Lady Leaf and Lily thank you for calming me and my bannermen. Lord Malygos would you be so kind to continue and if you can use another term for those entities from the Void

Sindragosa: Malygos we can refer to them as Void Lords to avoid further misunderstanding

Malygos: Agreed then. The Void Lords from our world, Azeroth, also seems to exist in this world, Planetos. I only have limited knowledge about them but one thing I am sure of, they slowly kill any world where both magic and life exists. 

Sindragosa: They resemble a plague or sickness that drains the vitality of the world. The Wall before us is just one of the many schemes orchestrated by the Void Lords.

Torrhen Stark: But the wall was built by my ancestor to protect us. Are you both saying that he has created something that could harm us instead

After the northern king's statement, most of the northern lords were becoming uncertain and confused. The mention of a well respected historical figure and founder of House Stark who created The Wall is now associated with dark entities. In order to control the situation Sindragosa had to elaborate that their findings are still under further investigation

Sindragosa: We must not make presumptions that Brandon the Builder was an agent of the Void Lord. Furthermore those dark entities are notorious for scheming and corrupting minds, which may or may not have influenced the ancestor of house stark and the COF, 8 thousand years ago

Leaf: To everyone, don't portray Brandon in a negative light. A thousand years ago, everything we did was necessary to live against an adversary who wanted to wipe off every living creature on Planetos. I'm not sure if we were subtly tricked, but I assure you that any uncertainty will be cleared up.

Lily: For now let us focus in repairing our world's magical leylines. Furthermore this proposed endeavor of dismantling the wall will take decades as destroying it immediately will cause a magic hazard. Therefore, we, your allies from Avalon, seek confirmation from all the Houses of Northern Westeros regarding their agreement with our plan to destroy the Wall.

The Houses of Northern Westeros are still uncertain knowing that destroying the wall is a gamble. The burden of such thoughts linger in their minds unsure of how to proceed. Though one thing is guaranteed that their allies from Avalon would not forsake them and provide every kind of support. They were taught magic to make everyone stronger. With magic, Northern Westeros prospered. Some of Avalon's magical creatures and sentients have made their home amongst them. Seeing the uneasiness, Arceus decided to interject

Arceus: This is indeed a huge risk we are asking, but the benefits outweighs the potential losses in the long run. Furthermore we plan not only to dismantle The Wall, but replace it with some fortifications and a garrison of both armies from Avalon and Northern Westeros. 

Leaf: Rest assured you are not alone in this task. The Old Gods of Planetos have agreed to weaponize the Weirwood Trees. Together with Lord Cenarius, we will create a new specie of Weirwood Trees that can move around and fight against the Night King and his armies. What makes it more interesting is this new specie will have leaves made of dragon glass capable of both melee and artillery. Dragon glass is the main weakness of the undead and white walkers

Wun-Wun: My fellow Titans(Westerosi Giants and Jhogwin) will construct the fortifications as bases for the warriors and guardians who will be stationed. 

Irene Belserion: Me, the faries and titans of Avalon, will also enchant and ward the area to hell and back, so it will add more protection. The existing rune wards will be replaced by new and improved versions as we fear that the former were constructed in a way that prevents magic to circulate

Arceus: We will also have new allies capable of Holy Magic, that will bless this area to prevent any undead passing through. Everyone I would like to formally introduce Magnadramon and Goldramon.

After mentioning the two names, Arceus summoned three of his Draco Plates: Time, Space, and Electric. The prime dragon god's eyes glowed, creating a dimensional portal to another world. Small, bright lights passed through the portal and gathered, transforming into two gigantic serpent forms. The light from the two entities faded, revealing two of the Four Holy Dragon Digimon: Magnadramon and Goldramon.

Flashback:

Arceus met such powerful individuals from another Dragon God whom he met in another multiverse. This Dragon God was above cosmic level and surprisingly friendly. This new ally was familiar with Great Red and was even surprised that the idiotic dragon god and its companion were planning to destroy a world under Arceus' supervision. Harry Potter the Twilight Dread Dragon God of Chaos and Creation, decided right then and there that he will help out Arceus in any way possible. (AN: I really love the HP character from this fanfic, Harry's New Game Plus! by KuroKitsune, who also happens to be a Dragon God)

The King and Lords of Northern Westeros, were astonished at what they just witnessed. A living god summoning powerful and majestic entities from another world. They felt like ants in the face of such power. Despite the rarity of the event, they did not tremble in fear before the two serpentine dragons. Instead, they felt encouraged, uplifting their morale. Unbeknownst to everyone except Arceus, Malygos and Sindragosa, their new companions were passively emitting motivation and positive reinforcement. Thus removing the apprehension that the north men were going through.

Distinctively what made the two serpentine dragons unique was a pair of several angelic wings instead of the usual bat like wings that of Valyrian Dragons. The golden one was covered in armor and brace accessories on it arms and shoulders, while the other was covered in pink fur with white accents. Unsurprisingly both were sentients and are able to communicate with the gaping lords of the north.

Magnadramon: Greetings humans of Planetos. I am Magnadramon, one of the four Holy Dragon Digimon. Arceus has informed us of your world's plight. Me and my companion have answered our Dragon God's summons to your world and aid you in whatever capacity we can provide

Torrehn Stark: Your arrival is greatly appreciated. After a thorough discussion with Lord Arceus, we appreciate all the help we can get especially when facing against evil gods, monsters and what not

Lord Umber: Aye! Oh great dragon, your presence has removed the hysteria that me and my fellow lords were experiencing. You have travelled between worlds to aid our own is a debt we can never forget

Lady Mormont: me and my countrymen always say "The North Remembers". I must say your appearance mysteriously removed all forms of doubt and weariness a while ago. Was that your magic working?

Goldramon: As beings affiliated with Holy Energy, me and Magnadramon are capable of removing any form of negative or evil energy.

Lady Mormont: Thank you oh great dragon! 

Goldramon: Such appreciation is welcome! 

Magndadramon. Speaking of evil energy, such is greatly emanating from this huge structure Goldramon

Goldramon: A difficult task lies ahead then my friend.

Lily: No worries my new dragon friends from another world. The Titans, Fairies and True Dragons of Avalon will support you

Goldramon & Magnadramon: Cute

Lily: I do not know if that was a compliment or an insult, but I'll take it anyway

Leaf: Come now Lily, do not be an embarrassment to our race

Lily: Its called confidence Leaf, you should try it sometimes and you might succeed in the love department with Wun-Wun

Leaf: YOU!!

Wun-Wun: ... (blushing heavily)

Lily's comedic timing lifted the spirits of everyone. Indeed it was cute seeing a tiny and flying puffball like Lily, confidently showing her strengths against the immensely large holy dragons. Arceus found Lily's playful and mischievous behavior endearing.

C'thulu was now seething in rage. His enemies have not only found powerful allies, but also being holding holy energy, which was a huge threat to his ability to corrupt and manipulate. There was now a sense of urgency in his thoughts. Immediately he met with Antares and Great Red to prepare their invasion in Planetos.
