Chapter 1 The beginning

Hello to all those who have seen this novel. I hope you like it, brothers and sisters out there. Please don't be shy and help out. Please do comment and help me make this as good as I know it can be.

I'm an idea guy, and while I think I can create a great skeleton for the story, I'm not so adept at the more detailed aspects, such as character interaction. If there's somebody out there who excels in that area, perhaps we could collaborate.

In a vast and wonderful space, laughter echoed through the air, accompanied by sound effects that brought life to the surroundings. Bodies were given form, landscapes stretched as far as the eye could see, each one as numerous and wondrous as the next. Explosions erupted with a cacophony of pan sounds and other delightful noises, adding to the spectacle of this extraordinary realm.

My name is... well, now that I think about it, what is my name?

I used to be a regular person, born into a loving family. My parents... what were they again? It's weird; I can't seem to remember. I had a normal childhood, went to a normal school, had some friends like... why can't I remember?

Breathe in and out. Okay, I'm better now. Let's keep going. Maybe I'll remember? Then, I went to work after high school. In my free time, I read novels and watched TV. I was about to start school when everything went dark. Then, it just wasn't anymore.

As I found myself with...

??? - "HELLO, CHILD. MY NAME IS-$*($8#($?2+&"!93&3?) BUT YOU MAY CALL ME THE CARTOON GOD OR CD IF THAT IS OK."

Yes, it was a being that could not be described, yet seeing him made me somewhat happy and nostalgic.

CD - "HELLO. ARE YOU OKAY? CAN YOU HEAR ME?"

Me - "Yes, my apologies. I got a little distracted."

CD - "YES, I NOTICED."

Me - "I am sorry, CD, but as a self-respecting fantasy lover, I do have some idea what is happening. I am just not sure how. I mean, I did not jump into Truck-sama, nor did I remember dying in any way."

CD - "YOU HAD A HEART ATTACK. YOU DON'T THINK NOT EXERCISING AND EATING WHATEVER YOU WANT HAD NO CONSEQUENCES, DID YOU?"

Me - "..."

CD - "NOW, WHERE WAS I? LET ME SCROLL DOWN. AH, THERE WE ARE. YES, OF COURSE. NOW, I WAS SUMMONING THE MOST RECENT UNCLAIMED DEAD SOUL, AND HERE YOU ARE."

Me - "Wait, then why can't I remember anything in detail?"

CD - "WELL, LET ME FINISH AND I'LL TELL YOU."

Me - "Sorry."

CD - "IT'S OKAY. NOW, AS I WAS SAYING, YOU WERE SUMMONED, AND IF YOU SO CHOOSE, YOU WOULD BE MY CHAMPION TO GO THROUGH A WONDERFULLY FICTIONAL JOURNEY. AS FOR YOUR MEMORY, WELL, TRAVELING TO THE VOID AS A MORTAL SOUL HAS ITS CONSEQUENCES. SOMETHING YOU SHOULD IMAGINE NOW. AS YOU ARE UNCLAIMED, YOU CAN BECOME MY CHAMPION, OR YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE VOID AND HOPE TO BE TAKEN INTO ANOTHER GOD'S RESTING PLACE, OR YOU CAN JOIN MY RESTING PLACE."

Me - "Can I have some time?"

CD - "MHM."

Now, assuming this God is telling the truth, I can choose adventure or comfort. Not gonna lie, comfort DOES sound good, but the chance to see my favorite works... yeah, not even a question. And while to some it may seem like this is an impulsive choice I made in a second.... don't call me out, you bitch

-"Please make me your Champion."

CD - "AS YOU WISH."

As soon as it finishes saying that, some of itself went toward me, and as soon as it did, some of, for the lack of a better description, expanded and engulfed me. As it did, I could feel myself changing. Not more powerful or better or worse, just changing. Then, I digested it?

And I was once again by myself in the dark.

??? - "That is incorrect."

Me - "Who said that?"

??? - "It was me, your blessing. Now, just give me a second."

Me - "Wait, what?"

Suddenly, I felt a new memory, or more acutely, information, enter my mind, and it explained that the blessing from God formed itself into a system and some of its functions. (You can find it in the auxiliary chapter)

Me - "Well, that was odd."

System - "[Sorry, host. I figured it was the fastest way.]"

Me - "I understand. Now, let's start, shall we? Please take me to my plane, System of traveling off the special multiverse with cartoons or the So-tots-mc"

System - "[Understood.]"

As soon as it finished, I was on what seemed like a somewhat empty land with a small ranch, just like the one in Courage the Cowardly Dog.

On the small ranch, there it seemed some food, some animals, some crops, and a compute are present .

System - "[Host, you have a gift: a noob pack for this noob. Would you like it?]"

Me - "Yes, please."

System - "[Sorry, sir, but you must give the full name.]"

Me - "Yes, I would like the... NOOB pack for this Noob."

System - "[As you wish, you noob.]"

CONGRATS! AS A MAJOR NOOB IN THE MULTIVERSE, YOU HAVE GOTTEN:

NOOB CARTOON BODY!

AND

NOOB SUMMON GOTCHA!

System - "[System, please explain.]"

System - "[Of course. The noob body would instantly be applied as soon as you start your new world. As it is a noob or level 0, it would only have some minimal effects, such as lower blunt damage and lower fall damage. And for the gacha, well, host, that is self-explained.]"

Me - "Of course the source of all evil, the evil that even china was like nop to evil, the evil that only a sadistic bastard would give to other and a masocist would use... Please open the gacha."

tots-CONGRATS! YOU HAVE SUMMONED THE TEST FAMILY!

As soon as that finished, a blinding light erupted in front of me, and there they were in all their glory. There they were, in what appeared to be a mix of confusion and disorientation.

Lili Test, Susan and Mary Test, Johnny Test, and Duke.

But one person was missing, of these iconic family so I asked.

Me - "Excuse me, where is Hugh?"

As soon as I finished saying it, as if it was an act of magic, Johnny and Duke recovered and stood in front of the Test women. I guess they are more adapted to such situations. As they did, Duke started growling at me, and Johnny raised his butt towerds me and asked me,

Johnny - "Who are you? What is going on? Where are we? What do you want?"

As I was preparing to answer, the Test women also recovered. Mary and Susan, out of nowhere, pulled out some super dangerous-looking guns(like for real wtf is that there is not a way they had anywhere to fit all of that), and Lili raced to stand in front of her family and asked me,

Lili - "Who are you? What is going on? Where are we? What do you want? And how do you know of Hugh?" As she said the name, I could feel a trace of anger and regret in her.

Me - "Well, I am-"

Susan & Mary - "Answer fast or else!" They said as their guns started ominously glowing(pretty sure that has mora radiation the chernobyl like i migh just lost some years of my life by looking at them).

Me - "Just one second. I am sorry for yelling, but please let me explain. You know it's rude to interrupt someone.

i am the champion of the God of cartoons, you were summoned. If you so choose, to caolln ow me on an adventure in the multiverse. I want you to come with me. We are in my domain, and as for Hugh, well, this is not good to hear, but you would but you would find out soon or later and I want or be honest in my planet of origin your adventures ware show as a cartoon.
