Alaya 2

A/N: I might have missed a lot since I haven't updated for months already and if you find a mistake please do not hesitate to notify me.

Anyway, let's start.

The shop went silent before I eventually broke it by saying. "How are you human?"

Alaya paused for a bit and then eyes widened as if she just realized her condition.

'No way right? There's no way the representative is this clumsy!'

And to break my expectations, she started looking at her body from head to toe in disbelief, surprise and shock.

I don't need to be a genius to understand what is happening right now and suddenly pinched the bridge of my nose. "Are you serious…?"

My words were left unheard by Alaya as all of her attention was into her 'human' body.

I couldn't help but look at Emiya as he noticed my stare and understood what I was trying to ask.

He merely shrugged, as he is as lost at the situation like I do.

After a minute of looking at her newfound human body in astonishment, she finally realized where she was at that moment and tried to gain her composure and acted like her surprise from before didn't happen.

"So, where is my servant? Tell me before I lose my patience." Alaya tried to look for someone who got the upper hand, but failed miserably as two men were looking at her with a weird look.

-Alaya-

She didn't know what was happening to her, but for some reason the weird looks that she was getting from the white haired man and the servant stealer made her cheeks warm for a bit.

Right now she wanted to avoid eye contact away from these men stares, although she has no idea why she wanted to do that.

In the past Alaya is a formless entity, a being that doesn't have any feelings, morals like most humans do, as she is the will of humanity, things like emotions are lost to her, as she truly couldn't comprehend what truly it was.

When Emiya contact was terminated, she wasn't truly 'angry' or 'annoyed', it's more like an instinct of hers that someone that she owns shouldn't be taken away from her.

And she would do anything to take it back, like a child that wanted their toys to be with them all the time, it doesn't matter if it's broken as long as it's their property.

That's why she reacted that way when she realized one of her toys was taken away from her grasp.

Now, she found the door to the shop and got herself a body as soon as her consciousness entered the shop, as the shop doesn't allow anything that doesn't have a physical form.

Because she's now technically a mortal since she got herself her own personal body brought to her by the shop.

Emotions were added to her emotionless self, that's why she was confused as to why she was like this, the emotions that she's feeling right now is quite foreign and it would take a while for her to understand that it.

Ignoring her own embarrassment since, she had no idea what to do it and waited for this thief answer to where her 'servant' is.

I might be imagining right now, but…is Alaya feeling embarrassed?

It's really weird, but for now I'm going to answer her question honestly as there's no point for me to lie, it's not like she could do anything to me inside the shop.

Hopefully.

"You can't tell? He's right in front of you." I pointed at Emiya.

You know it's strange that she couldn't recognize her servant- I mean former* since he's my servant now technically.

Alaya blinked and stared at Emiya and replied. "Oh."

Damn, she really didn't recognize her own janitor, that sucks, honestly I don't know if I pity Emiya or not that his former boss doesn't recognize him despite working for her centuries.

Looking at Emiya's reaction, I don't think he actually cared if she doesn't recognize him, because frankly her relationship with her is purely a cleaner and a manager.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Emiya doesn't hate Alaya for what she did, as it made him realized how stupid his ideal was and saving everyone was plain stupidity of the highest order.

I mean who would try and save anyone? That's stupid, not to mention not everyone wanted to be saved.

From the beginning his ideals were flawed.

"How can you not recognize your own servant…" I couldn't help but point it out, I'm curious of what's her answer going to be.

This time her embarrassment was visible to see. "W-what of course I recognize him!"

'W-why am I stuttering? Or lie in front of this man? Weird why do I feel heat on my face even though I'm not close to any hot substance?' Alaya thought with great confusion.

Everything she experienced right now is new, nothing is ever familiar to her in fact moving four her limbs is weird!

Only because of her instinct she managed to stand still without tripping.

I look at her with an odd look, from all the things I expect from the all mighty Alaya, a spoiled 'innocent' little girl isn't what I expected.

From the way she acted, she subconsciously fixing her dignity and pride as a higher being, but went poorly as she's simply inexperienced even a child is a better actor than her.

She's simply different from what I expected her to be, unlike the Root, she's someone really benefiting of her title.

Could it be that humanity's stupidity got her too?

'I mean I could totally imagine it.' I thought with a smile, either way let's not embarrass her any further, while I'm not afraid of her, since I have the shop as my protection, however she could be a pain in the ass special If she deemed me as a threat to humanity and try to send counter guardians from now and then.

Which would result in destruction, if I were to guess if Alaya were to deploy her counter guardian to me, I reckon that a country or few would be destroyed from the fight.

And that's the minimum and the worst case is an entire continent being wiped from the face of earth.

With my current level there's no way I could ever destroy the planet, there's too many beings in this world that could single handedly whoop my ass without blinking.

Let's not mention ORT because clearly that being is on another level that could erase my white ass as soon as it opens its eyes.

I'm talking about the Dead Apostle Ancestors, with the exception of ORT as it's technically part of the group.

There's also the fact that the damage of the fighting would damage earth making Gaia interfere by trying to erase my exist from the face of the earth which would probably be unsuccessful, but the problem comes after that there's Primate Murder and would come to hunt my ass and would surely overpower me with my current abilities.

Now realizing all of this, it made me realize although I'm strong, I'm still too weak.

In this very universe, monsters are lurking everywhere waiting to be unleashed, that's why I got to prepare when it happens.

Either way I should use [ Path To Victory ] to achieve a peaceful scenario, as that's the point of having this ability to avoid consequences and guarantee my victory.

As soon as I used the path to a peaceful solution, from all the numerous paths to a peaceful scenario with Alaya there's one that is guaranteed would work and not mention this one would make her my ally and also the easiest path to follow.

However, I can't believe that this path is even possible, not to mention how ridiculous it sounded, but since it's shown in the path there's no way I could deny this since [ Path To Victory ] hasn't failed me yet.

If you wonder why I find this ridiculous, it is because the path tells me that the best possible solution to have a peaceful relationship with Alaya is to….flirt with her..??

Is this thing trying to make me woo the will of humanity itself?

That's equivalent to flirting with the entire human race, hypothetically if we were to start dating each other that would mean, I dated the entire human race.

Also if I have sex with her, then that would basically mean I have sex with all of humanity.

It's such a ridiculous thing to imagine, feeling awkward of such a thought, I fake cough and said. "Of course, anyway I didn't expect for the will of humanity to be this beautiful, but then again your very form is the ideal image of humankind perfect 'beauty'."

I smiled as I looked at her. This was the start of the path. As soon as I said it, Emiya stared at me with disbelief on his face.

While Alaya, surprisingly, blushed at the unexpected praise, although a bit confused.

"Eh?"

So, yeah it's been what months? Welp, I haven't exactly checked the calendar but either way I'm back.

I'll start updating now again.
