C15 Assassins (Final)

"Sis? Sis, you're fine, right? Right? RIGHT?!" Selena scream and cried seeing her sister get killed in front of her. She felt anger, hatred, and grief. "Kgh!"

Black kicked her again and looked down at her disdainfully, "My mood is ruined. Brother, let's just kill her."

"Hahaha, let's have fun with that Alexia later before handing her over." Blue said as he slung the rifle on his shoulder.

"YOU!!! I WILL KILL—!"

"You're too noisy! I thought you'll be quieter than your sister." Black said as he took out the dagger from her neck.

*Clack* The sounds of footsteps closing in made Black look back. There he saw Alexia frozen in place before the stairs.

Alexia's complexion was completely pale as she stared at her maids, her friends who were now bathing in their own blood. Her hands were trembling as her mind went through a state of chaos.

Confusion, anger, hate and grief. Countless emotions swirled through her mind until her face showed just one. A smirk was plastered on her dark face as she glared at them with undisguised rage and anger.

"WHAT DID YOU DO?" Alexia asked in a deep dark voice. Something snapped in her mind. Her hands were unconsciously clenched together that they're bleeding and soaked the steel threads in her blood.

Looking at her, Blue smiled faintly and shrugged, "I asked them nicely. It's their fault that they didn't listen to us."

"This girl's lips were sweet, though she fought back. How unfortunate." Black chuckled.

"You better be good and come with us if you don't want to die too, little girl." Blue said as he walked towards her with his rifle hanging by his shoulder.

As the two of them walked towards her, Alexia maintained her smirk and asked them, "What do you think about atoms?"

The brothers stopped and had a look of confusion on their faces. What's the point of asking this now? Does she not know of her situation or is she pretending to not know?

But Alexia continued speaking not minding their lack of response, "Atoms were the current smallest particle ever discovered 'today'. They were the building blocks that made elements that made compounds which made things."

Suddenly, the two noticed something peculiar. There were much more threads now than earlier. This made them cautious and be alert.

"But do you think that someone can physically slice, cut or smash something into tiny little pieces as small as atoms?" Alexia tilted her head.

"Well... I do."

The pitch black and crimson threads suddenly multiplied and surrounded the whole hall. When the twins saw the outcome of everything that was passed by the threads, their face showed shock and horror for the first time.

**Shhh**

Everything and everywhere the threads passed through were reduce to nothing. Not even a speck of dust can be seen.

Seeing these incomprehensible things slither to their direction, Blue immediately shouted at Black, "Let's go brother! We need to report to the Führer!"

Both of them turned and ran for the main doors. They need to survive and report this to him. They thought. But their wishful thoughts will not be granted.

"You think you can run away?" Alexia waved her hand and a wave of steel threads rushed to the twins like a tsunami.

The two looked at this in shock and horror. But before they could even release a peep, they were swallowed by the 'void'.

"**Pant** fuuh..." Alexia catched her breath and her threads slowly scattered.

Nothing was left where the twins stood. The floor vanished along with the two and all their belonging. The mansion fell to eerie silence.

**Thud!**

Alexia fell to her knees and stared silently at her friends corpses. Tears flowing down her eyes. She covered her face with her hands as she sobbed.

"I'm sorry... It's all my fault." Alexia cried. She treaded them as her close friends, her best friends. As an introvert in her past life, she only had few real friends and that made her treasure them and treat them like family.

They accompanied her and supported her when she was on her lowest in this world. When no one believed in her crazy theories and inventions, they believed in her. They were like her siblings, her sisters.

"If I just didn't—! IF I ARRIVED EARLIER—!" Alexia screamed but then she froze as she realized something.

"That's right! Time leap machine!" Alexia quickly stood up and ran up to her laboratory.

Arriving at her laboratory, she quickly booted up the machine. The room shook and the machine whirred. Amadeus then suddenly appeared on the computer screen, which was the control center.

"Are you doing this?" Amadeus asked worriedly, though she knew that Alexia couldn't be convinced otherwise.

"Of course," Alexia said solemnly as she put on the headphone looking headpiece.

"If that's what you want. I'll help you succeed, that's why you made me anyway." Amadeus sighed and showed a helpless smile.

Suddenly, Amadeus eyes became lifeless and had a crimson color now.

["ACC calculating data size...

Computing error logs...

Deducting receiver data load...

Chronosphere stabilizing...

... All systems online."]

["FLCV 1.1.12 ready for extraction"]

As Amadeus' cold robotic voice rang, Alexia's fingers flew on the keyboard configuring and checking if there was anything wrong. Her hands then stopped and she hovered her index finger over the enter key.

"I'll save you two this time," Alexia then pushed the enter key and her vision became blurry. After a while, she lost consciousness.

["Extraction Complete! Moving to Transfer Phase..."]
