Chapter 4 Rumors And Gossip About Mr. Gibson’s Ugly Fiancee

Bella came out of the house and entered the car that the driver was holding open for her,

Only after entering did she realize that she would be sharing the car with someone else.

"It was you who said you were not interested in me, yet you applied to work as my secretary and ride with me,isn’t that a big contradictory"

James immediately attacked her when she finally entered the car.

He had a proud and arrogant look on his face.

"Don’t get your hopes high, I don’t like you, I am just working according to my grandfather’s arrangement. He actually gave me three months to stay with you, and I’ll prove to him that I don’t like you. Then he will call off the engagement."

Bella was already imagining the last day of the three months, when she would be freed from this egoistic looking man and his family.

James didn’t answer her back but mumbled some words that were known only to him.

She jus admired the beautiful city while James checked for emails on his phone.

The news that Mr. Gibson’s fiancée would be coming to the company and work for him.

Many people were disturbed about the news while others were just curious and talked among themselves.

"Hey Mr. Gibson’s fiancée will come to work as his secretary today, did you hear?"

"It is said that Mr. Gibson’s fiancée is very ugly, right how can we have an ugly staff in this company now?"

"It’s a file that included the information about the advertisement the company would be shooting for us, why don’t you head the team"

Bella just casually collected the file and headed for her office to read the content of the file.

While Alysia had an evil smile on her face, just then Assistant Harris reported the scene to the President.

"Miss Bella was just given the file for the Lincoln advert. Mr. Shawn is really hard to work with, Miss Eugen might find a hard time. Should I give it to someone else?"

Shawn was the celebrity that would be doing the shooting today.

James knew it was true that he had a bad temper and would be hard to work with but that was even more reason that prompted him to give his answer.

The advert was a simple one so it was shot directly within the company’s premises.

After an hour, a black Lamborghini parked in front of the Gibson enterprise.

Bella who was in charge of the shooting went out to greet him and welcome him as she should.

Mr. Jane also came out to see what was happening, he wanted to witness her being tortured by the demanding Shawn.

He smiled smugly when Shawn came out of the car and started ordering her around.

"Hey, why didn’t you bring an umbrella to welcome a celebrity like me?

Also, where is my coffee? I only take coffee from the Starbucks across the mall,

And you had better make sure the set is ready by the time I reach there."

Bella quietly listened to his demands, taking note of them one by one.

When he was done, she moved closer and welcomed him with a handshake and a boss smile.

"You are most welcome Mr. Shawn, we will get everything right away. What kind of coffee do you like?"

Shawn heard a familiar voice and immediately removed his sunglasses.

He looked towards the source of the voice, he was surprised by who he saw.

It was actually Bella, the girl who had saved him from the bad people who kidnapped him when he went filming in the countryside two years ago. She had rescued him from the people and brought him to her house and tender his wounds.

How could he forget such a person, he actually had a crush on her back then but she was an underage at sixteen.

Now she is a woman of legal age and he could finally pursue her.

"Bel is that you? When did you start working here, it’s been a while since we met!"

He was eager to meet someone he regarded to be so awesome.

He immediately hugged her and let the hug linger first before reluctantly letting go of her.

"I am fine Shawn, I started working not long ago, what drink did you say you want?"

She was trying to be professional even after meeting a friend, but Shawn just waved his hands, "forget it, let’s go in"

"Okay"

Everyone else was stunned and thought that it was because she is Mr. Gibson’s secretary that she enjoyed such treatment from him.
