Another Sensei?! Pt.2

We see Maxwell sitting on a sofa, beside him is Sensei sitting in his lap. But in front of him was the tall cat staring at him curiously.

Maxwell looked around and realised that the living room was more clean and well put than he thought.

???: So... You are the hollow Akuro kept talking about me?

Maxwell trembles a little, at his voice, deep and soothing but at the same time...friendly?

Maxwell abruptly responded "H-huh yeah uhm...That's me...Nice to meet you..."

The cat chuckled deeply "Call me Hoshi...Hoshi Hi no shinigami..."

Maxwell's eyes widen at the name "Wait...Hi, no shinigami...?"

Akuro: Hm...You seem to know him...

Maxwell: W-well...I heard in the news an old dangerous yakuza got in a car accident...and he has the same name as you...

Hoshi eyes widened in surprise, he chuckled "Man...So you heard of me...I thought people would forget..." he put his hand into his chin, thinking thoughtfully.

Maxwell jumps in surprise "W-wait...! That was you?!"

Hoshi smiled "The one and only" he laughed

Maxwell couldn't believe it, one of the most dangerous yakuza in Japan was literally in front of him. People said that he managed to destroy an entire police without getting hit once.

Hiro sighs heavily, his gaze distant as he recounts the events of his past.

Hiro: "Well... let's just say... that is not my body..."

Maxwell's eyes widen in disbelief at Hiro's cryptic statement.

Maxwell: "W-what... Not your body?"

Hiro nods solemnly, a shadow passing over his features.

Hiro: "In the news... they said I died in a car accident... this is bullshit."

Maxwell furrows his brow, trying to recall the sparse details he had heard from the news reports, fake? How?

Hiro's expression grows somber as he begins to unravel the truth behind his transformation.

Hiro: "Well... let me explain..."

He recounts the story of his former life as a human, detailing his reputation as a dangerous yakuza and his deep love for cats. Hiro had a beloved feline companion named Akira , who was his loyal companion through thick and thin.

However, tragedy struck when his enemies discovered his whereabouts and set fire to his home, trapping him and his cat inside. In a desperate bid to survive, Hiro managed to merge his consciousness with Akira's, effectively becoming one with his faithful companion.

"And...this is me now...I'm a cat...a yakuza cat." Hiro ended

Maxwell's eyes widened as he listened to the story, "That's...wow..."

He didn't know what to say. One of the most dangerous yakuza had a nice heart and a love for cats. Maxwell always heard that yakuza are dangerous people, that you shouldn't follow nor talk to them, but still they were right...

But what Maxwell heard was something so unreal.

Suddenly Akuro came and sat on Hiro's head "But hey! After That he found this beautiful strong cat AKA...Me." he smirked "We became strong friends!" his tail wagged slowly.

Suddenly Hiro grabs Akuro by the neck "Now Now...Listen here, YOU are the one who forced me to come with you..."

Akuro chuckled "But you accepted anyway because you like me!"

Hiro rolls his eyes and lets go of Sensei who falls to the floor.

Maxwell chuckled as he looked at both of their interactions, Besides Hiro's creepy look, he seemed like a nice and chill person.

Hiro suddenly cut him out of his daydream "So, what did you come here for?"

Akuro walks back to Maxwell "Well, we here to train this little fella!" He grabs Maxwell's hand and shows Hiro the bracelet.

Hiro walks up to him and squats at Maxwell's level. He was quite tall. He slowly grabs Maxwell's arm and examines the black bracelet.

Hiro: ...Mh...An Ashes Insanity..."

Maxwell nodded, he felt Hiro's arm- er...paw touching his arm, strangely his paw was strangely soft.

Hiro looks at Akuro, "Did something happen yesterday?"

Akuro: Well I explained a little bit of the basics of this weapon, but I didn't want to make him master it all alone.

Hiro chuckled "So this is why you came to me..." He got up and let go of Maxwell's arm.

He suddenly looks at Maxwell. Maxwell jumped a little and stood silent, his eyes were mesmerizing, just like a cat which made Maxwell's eyes stand silent like a statue

Suddenly the time felt like it was back on, "You better be ready.." Hiro suddenly said. "Cuz I don't train like others."
