"Shining Lances!"

Werewolf shouted, and thousands of lances materialized around it; till now, it had been only using the power of its art, but it is now beginning to use the power of its Inheritance.

Sup Sup Sup!

Thousands of lances came toward me at incredible speed, possessing the destructive power that would threaten anyone. 

While these lances are not dangerous as these chains, I could not let any one of them hit me, as a fraction of the delay cost to deal with these lances would make the chains catch up to me, against which I am already having a little problem.

'It seemed like this would be the right time to use that,' I said to myself, sounding completely unsure whether it would work or not, considering it is not my creation; it is something I have found in one of the books I have read in the broken tower.
