"What the f**k did you just do?" Alex inquired in rage.

"I only held your hand, Alex, you left me alone in that house and left and now you are upset at me for holding your hand," Mira said looking dumbfounded.

"Why the hell must you hold me? Like I said before, I don't like you so stay away from me. And if we eventually get married then expect a divorce two weeks later." Alex said as Nana stood up adjusting her nightgown telling Nita sorry.

"Nita, don't be upset at her OK. Let's just forgive her." Nana said and walked towards Alex and held his hand swinging it happily.

"Am glad you thought her a lesson."

Mira watched in awe as Alex's hand swung repeatedly.

"What the hell has gotten into him? Firstly he was talking to himself and now he is acting weird, what could have happened before I came?" Mira asked herself and ran to Alex as his driver opened the door.

"I'll come with you." I heard Mira say.

"No, you won't come with me. Go in your car" I said to her but she was forcefully trying to enter the car but Nana pushed her to the floor before she could."

"Come on! Let's go! Let's go or else she would forcefully try to enter our car." Nana said and entered quickly waiting for Alex.

"Did she just say our car," Alex said to himself before entering the car and the driver drove off.

"What the hell just happened now?" How did I fall if Alex didn't push me? Mira asked herself.

"Miss Mira, can we go now?" The driver interrupted her.

"You are such a fool, can't you see that am on the floor? You can't even give me a boost and you are saying shits to me."

"Am so sorry ma. Let me help you up." The driver said but Mira pushed his hand aside and stood up, went to her car, and drove off. "Useless thing. He thinks I need his help for everything."

"Wait! Ma! You can't leave me here all alone." The driver said but kept mute after realizing that there were no means of talking when the car was already out of view.

Alex got down from the car and went inside.

"What up man." Biggie greeted. I didn't expect you to come back alive.

"Was that why you sent Mira there to frustrate me?" I asked Biggie.

"Seeing you this calm, I don't think she frustrated you," Biggie said taking a bite of an apple.

"Oh! Mira is the name? And she loves to frustrate you? Now that am here I'll be the one to frustrate her." Nana said.

"No troubles and no playing. You will only eat and sleep OK." I said to Nana but Biggie walked up to me and asked if I was OK.

"Are you ok? What's wrong with you? Why will I just eat and sleep." Biggie asked.

"Just shut the f**k up and get lost," Alex said to Biggie.

"Swears man, you keep getting worst every day that passes."

"Come on let us go. I want to sleep." Nana said holding Alex's hand again and ran towards to staircase. Biggie opened his mouth in awe as the apple in his mouth fell.

"What the... How did..." Biggie couldn't complete his sentence as Mira stormed into the house.

"Where the hell is that stupid man?" Mira asked Biggie who shrugged like he didn't understand who she was talking about.

"I mean Alex. Where is he?" Mira said.

"He just went upstairs, but I noticed something weird..." Biggie still couldn't complete his sentence as Mira ran upstairs.

"Was that Mira?" Mrs. Hampton asked Biggie.

"Yes, ma. But she just went upstairs."

"Oh! Ok. I think we should leave then to spend some time together." Mrs. Hampton said smiling and left.

"Oh! I don't think so." Biggie said and went to his room.

ALEX'S ROOM

just sit quietly and make sure not to touch anything OK.

"Well ok, so when will you take me to my mom," Nana asked but Alex ignored her and went to the bathroom. Nana banged the room repeatedly calling Alex's name but got no response.

"Wait! Is he still alive or dead?" Nana asked Nita as she tried running out to call for help, but luckily for her Mira stormed into the room.

"Where the hell is Alex now?"

"He is in the bathroom," Nana responded.

"I thought Biggie said he was upstairs so he must be in his room but he isn't here."

"He is in the bathroom. Don't you get what am saying?"

"Or maybe he is in the bathroom." Mira thought to herself.

"Exactly what have been trying to tell you, but I don't know if he is alive," Nana said as she watched Mira bang the bathroom door.

"Alex! Alex are you in there?" Mira asked but got no response.

"Have tried that method but he is opening nor is he talking. I can only hear the drop of water." Mira was about to bang the door but her hand was mid-way as Alex came out with a towel wrapped around his waist.

"Oh! How disgusting." Nana said and closed her eyes instantly.

"What do you want now?" I asked Mira.

"You... You are the one I want, why don't you just get it? I love you but you keep distancing yourself from me." Mira said following Alex in every direction.

"Please put on something and cover your chest," Nana said making Alex look in her direction before entering his closet and Mira followed him.

"What! How could she follow him into his dressing room and even closed the door." Nana said.

"Why do you treat me like this? Am I not enough for you? Am I, not your type? Why do you treat me like a trash." Mira asked but I ignored her questions.

"You can ignore me all you want but I don't care," Mira said and turned to leave but slipped and lost her balance which made her fall but was caught in time.

"I closed my eyes in anticipation of falling but felt a strong arm around my waist. And I opened my eyes only to see that Alex save me from falling. "Alex! Alex!" It came as a shock to me cause I could believe he could be the one to save me from falling. We stared at each other."

I just saved her from falling and all she can do Is to stare. I thought to myself and realized that I didn't want to look away from her. She looked so..... So... So beautiful.
