Chapter 18-Birthday

Tomura got out of the car and walked inside the building. The guards bowed to him then he went down the stairs and entered his little brother's room.

He was worried about Yuuto because last time he opened the door his brother was smiling at him then he laughed like a manic. So he enters Yuutos room and wondered why does Yuuto like the lights being off in here. Tomura turned on the light and didn't see Yuuto in here so he turned and saw light coming from the bathroom then Tomura walked to the bathroom and knocked on the door.

(Little brother can you answer the door).said Tomura

Inside the bathroom Yuuto was lying on the floor with a headache. He tried to get up but he felt dizzy from the movement so he laid back down.

Tomura snapped his fingers and the door was gone.

He looked on the ground and saw Yuuto laying there and in an instant he picked up Yuuto and looked at him. Yuuto looked even more pale and he had darker eye bags, Tomura felt Yuuto shaking as he was holding him. He walked to the bed and laid Yuuto down then Tomura told Hiroto and Callisto to go call a doctor. When the door opened three doctors rushed in and started examining Yuuto.

Twenty minutes later~~~

Tomura looked at his watch and saw that twenty minutes had passed since the doctors came in and he was getting nervous. I hope your illness isn't killing you because you looked like a corpse little brother.thought Tomura as he started pacing around the room.

Pacing is a nervous tic that Tomura has. When Tomura was younger he remembers doing this as he was waiting with his aunt and uncle for news about Yuuto and his mother who was trying to save Yuuto along with the hospital staff. Or about that time when Yuuto was eighteen and he threatened to burn down the hospital if the staff didn't let Tomura see Yuuto.

A few minutes later one of the doctors came out.

(How is he?!? Is he alright).said Tomura as he stopped pacing

(Lucifen-san gave us a scare but, we don't know if he'll be okay. He is awake but he shouldn't talk as his throat looks red and he should be in bed for a while.)said the doctor

(Dr. Tanako just took some lab samples and she's going to take them to the lab and examine them. She should get the results tomorrow).said the doctor

(Alright that is perfectly fine with me. Can I go visit my brother now?)said Tomura

(Yes you can go see him now).said the doctor

Tomura walked past the doctor and opened the door. He saw Yuuto hooked up to monitors and he has IVs in his arms and he has an oxygen mask on his face. Tomura found a chair and sat down then he saw Yuuto looking at him.

(Are you going to scream at me? Oh wait that's right you can't scream little brother).said Tomura

And now you're mocking me because of my throat. No I need to be calm, the monitors are watching me so I have to remain calm and not lunge for Tomura.

I hope someday I escape but now I'm even more trapped by monitors and IVs that are on me.thought Yuuto

Yuuto looked away from Tomura and closed his eyes. He started thinking about what happened earlier he didn't eat anything today. Yuuto remembers pretending to be nice to Tomura years ago. But now Yuuto doesn't care about him now. All Yuuto wants is to end Tomura once and for all. Maybe I could go to another planet and live there forever but eventually Tomura will find me and he might do much worse then this room that im trapped in.thought

Soon Yuuto fell asleep because his fatigue caught up to him.

A few minutes later~~

Tomura closed his book and looked next to him. He fell asleep. Then he got up and used his power and summoned a small cake. After all it's still your birthday little brother. I'll wait until you wake up.thought Tomura.

Then Tomura picked up the cake and put it down on a table then he started reading his book again.

Two hours later~~

Yuuto woke up and smelled something sweet. He turned his head and saw cake on the table. He forgot it's his birthday today then he looked at Tomura and saw that he had fallen asleep.

(T-Tomura).said Yuuto as his throat hurt from speaking

Tomura woke up and looked at Yuuto. And saw that he was awake and looking at him.

(You're awake now little brother. I'll give you a little bit of cake since your throat might still hurt).said Tomura

(O-ok)said Yuuto then he coughed a little bit

(Don't talk little brother or you'll make it worse).said Tomura

Yuuto watched Tomura as he brought a small piece of cake towards his mouth.

(I can fed myself Tomura.)said Yuuto

(Your arms have IVs in them and just let me do this for you little brother).said Tomura

(Fine).said Yuuto as he allowed Tomura to fed him

Five minutes later~

Yuuto let Tomura feed him and when Tomura finally finished Yuuto wanted to slap himself with a book. That was embarrassing.thought Yuuto

(Since your sick right now my dear little brother we can open some of your gifts right now and we can open the rest of them when your better).said Tomura

Can he stop calling me little brother. I stopped calling him big brother when I was seventeen and that was three years ago.thought Yuuto

But he will never stop finding ways to make me miserable and he is still trying to break me mentally. Maybe now that I'm twenty Tomura will let me go out more. I wonder what happened with the magical dimension for the last three years.thought Yuuto

Tomura looked at his watch and the time said 11:00 pm. I've been asleep for four hours! thought Tomura as he checked his phone for any meetings.

There's no meetings until tomorrow so that's good. I hope I won't need to end any precious lives. Yuuto always said that those people were innocent but, he doesn't know what it's like for me out there. He's always been stuck at home and sick. Any illness is a danger for his weak and fragile body. But don't worry Yuuto one day I'll make you see.

But for right now let's enjoy your twentieth birthday.

(I'll go get some of your presents little brother I'll be right back).said Tomura then he walked out of the room

Yuuto watched him leave. He couldn't believe he had to spend his birthday being sick but he remembers when he was younger he had some of birthdays were in the hospital. I guess being in this room i'm starting to remember when I was a kid and had no idea what Tomura was doing back then.

I wasn't aware of what he was doing is illegal and insane. And Tomura still wants me join him.

Now time to be the nice and obedient younger brother I see Tomuras coming back with presents for me.
