Chapter four - warmth 2

One week later.

Around four in the evening

the ward room

After being discharged from the hospital. Shen xin's luggage is being packed by the house keeper and Mrs Shen, they're preparing to return to the Shen family mansion.

" Little star,check if there's anything we're missing,you wouldn't want to forget any important thing at the hospital, would you?" Says Mrs Shen

" Mum everything has been packed by you,I didn't forget anything,hurry up let's go home,I want to leave here,I don't like staying at the hospital, Moreover,I miss my soft and comfy bed at home" Shen xi groans

" Okay okay I've heard you madam, we're through with parking" coaxes Mrs Shen.

One hour later

In front of the Shen family mansion a luxurious car is seen entering thru the gate,the servant and family butler are standing in front of the house waiting for the arrival of their masters,the back seat door is opened by the house keeper and Mrs Shen and Shen xin steps out of the car,two servants goes to take the bags at the car boot.

" Madam,young miss welcome home" choruses everyone

The mother and daughter nods their head at them and enters in to the house after changing out of their outdoor shoes the servant places their indoor shoes in front of their legs. Mrs Shen goes to arrange the dinner while shen xin goes upstairs to her room.opening the door of the bedroom a princess styled room is seen,she goes to sit on her bed,

shen xin feels complicated with all she was seeing,her room hadn't changed a bit everything was like how she remembers it, making her feel that all she had experienced was a bad dream,she wasn't even sure of what exactly she was feeling,she couldn't tell which was reality,what happened back then or what she was seeing now in front of her eyes, nevertheless even if this is a dream, it's a dream she didn't want to wake up from at all but she knows deep down that what she experienced was to real to be a dream and that everything happening now was also reality.

' I will go to the temple to pray and ask daddy to donate to the temple too,it may not be enough to show my gratitude to this second lease in life but it's something,I will tell mum and dad during dinner ' she says internally

She goes to the bathroom to freshen up.immediately she steps out of the bathroom she receives a notification that dinner was ready,and that her father was back from work,

" I'll be downtairs in five minutes" she replies.

After putting on her house clothe,she rushes downstairs to go have her first dinner at home with her family.

Shen xin goes to the dinning area,the meals are already set but her parents weren't there, " mum! Dad! dinner is set! " She yells

" We are coming darling" Mrs Shen responds to her.

She scoots over to the dinning table and sits at the left side of the main seat, Mr Shen and Mrs Shen are already at the dinning room,Mr Shen helps his wife bring out the sit after they're both seated.

" Daddy's baby, dad is sorry for not going to pick you up from the hospital,there was so much work to do at the the office,will you forgive them" Mr Shen says coaxingly " Daddy promises to buy you anything you want" he continues
