''Alright! I will do that, but in return you must get ready to take over as the Assistant head of the Prosecutor's department once this is over. Your chief assistant is going on transfer soon and that position will be vacant. There is no other competent person than you.''

Kai entered the ward and Suleiman stood up. ''Prosecutor Oak, I want to go back to the station and find out what is happening.''

''What about you? I don't think Detective Avery will wake up anytime soon. Won't you go home and take a rest?'' Suleiman asked.

''She is related to Anita. I will need her help if I want to reopen the case. She is a key witness in that case.''

''Detective Avery?''

''Yes. I just need to protect her until she wakes up. Tell me, what is happening at the office?''

''The Special Task Force Team that was at the station suddenly returned and the charges against Detective Avery has been dropped. All of that happened so fast. Does she have a strong backer that we do not know of? The drug lord Adonis doesn't have such links in Xing City though.'' Jun said.

''Wake up, Avery. You have to wake up soon.'' Fiona muttered.

''Why does this ward feel so eerie? It's as if there is a ghost here.''

''The NIS suddenly redrew the charges against Avery? But I got a call that they wanted to arrest Avery?'' Mariah asked the chief.
