"Hmm." Myra took another scoop of her ice-cream. "I have to up my game to make sure no one takes him away?"
Amal nodded frantically. "You got that right."
Myra sighed. "I know he likes me and all that, but it still feels so surreal, like I'm in a dream and when I wake up everything would disappear."
"I know that feeling." Amal leaned forward with a smile. "When you finally get good man after doing through several assholes. Believe me, girl. I felt that exact same way with Rio and today I'm happily married to him!"
Myra picked up her phone when it pinged again. It was a text from Jonas.
'Hi, Princess. I just saw the news on the papers! Congratulations on your victory! You really deserve it.'
Her smile widened and she sent a quick reply.
'Thanks, Jonas.'
'I had to squeeze time between shoots to grab my phone and text you. I'll call you later, okay?' He added an okay sign
