The Blood Moon Lord merely let out a shred of gossip that he no longer had Zhou Tian under his protection, which eventually attracted a great many enemies for the Sheepman Tribe. If their alliance was to be dissolved, regardless of personal relations between Zhou Tian and Blood Moon Lord, it would be impossible to wholeheartedly aid Zhou Tian when the Sheepman Tribe comes under attack. Thus, once the news got out, it would stir up great turmoil and could potentially reignite the previously extinguished flames of war on the boundaries of the Sheepman's territory.

Even though Zhou Tian might dismiss high-level monsters, the presence of an Undead Overlord made it clear to him that the challenge he would have to face once the news got out would be unprecedentedly huge.
