"Hmmm, How about no". I replied with slight annoyance though she is beautiful she is quite crazy.

" Hmph, Your choice" Himiko then dashed at me with a knife in her hand, in the eyes of everyone present there she was super fast but in my eyes, she was going in slow-mo. After arriving at my position she thrust her knife right at the part of my stomach. She seems to be pretty skilled in Tantojutsu, though her knife thrust missed, she skillfully followed it with another slash. This continued for minutes until she was exhausted.

"Hmm, Done yet?" I asked the now heavily panting Himiko. She looked at me with annoyance and replied

"Why aren't you attacking yet?"

"I don't know, maybe I don't need to, I mean look at you I haven't even attacked you and you're already in that state," I replied with slight mockery.

"Now that I noticed, your pretty handsome," She said while blushing, which seems to always happen, during the entire time I haven't even seen her show other emotion except for annoyance.

"Why, thank you for your compliment"

"Hey, would you mind being my boyfriend?" Himiko Toga asked while putting on a cute smile, though what she said surprised me, I mean is it normal to propose in a fight?

"How about No, But I can give you a position inside my Gang you seem pretty skilled too" When fighting her I noticed that she seems to be very skilled in Tantojutsu and figure out she is suitable for certain martial arts I have. She seems interested in my offer too, she put on a thoughtful look while pondering for a while. and when about 2 minutes passed she replied.

"I accept but what's my job?"

---3 Years Later---

Three years have passed since the incident with Himiko I gave her a low position in my gang but she was able to slowly climb up the ranking until she was able to achieve an executive position. And during that time she became a fanatic of mine, she always tries to cling to me, she even sometimes stalks me, I don't mind though it's nothing harmful. Due to her High position in the gang I have decided to give her a private house, she seems to be homeless so I thought that as a reward for her hard work she will be given a private house. Her quirk is so important to the group we use her to infiltrate different kinds of organizations to gather important information, from blackmails, important data, bank account personal info, and many more, the blackmails by the way are just a weapon to scare some politicians.

Momo became my advisor and ever since then, my entire empire grew more rapidly. I even conquered the gangs in the nearby region. There are now a total of 10 Middle School gangs in my command along with 13 local thugs groups.

My actions and fame grew so big that even though I'm still 15, politicians and the government can't ignore my word, I was even officially titled the Voice of All Teens. Though the government was barely able to refuse they instead bestowed me with a title, you know Voice Of All teens. Some people even call me a saint because of my activity from charity, donation, community service, and many more, this made the people support me more and have given me immense influence because of this. They call me Voice of All Teen, Which I think is bullshit, I don't intend to be the voice of those immature teens I only need it to increase my influence.

I was considered the most accomplished teenager in japan at the age of 15 and you know as usual every activity I do is always present in the media, not once negative news was brought out about me, You know why? Because I was pulling strings from behind the scenes you know Blackmail and stuff.

Today is the end of the month and we are about to have our monthly meeting, all of the representatives of different schools and local thugs are gathered on the third floor. Awaiting for their leader. There they have all gathered Momo and Himiko too are there waiting for Chun Ilyun.

On the round table, there was an extravagant seat in the middle of it with a name on its front. Supreme Leader, Chun Ilyun. The supreme leader was the title they have given me after I have successfully conquered the 2 nearby regions.

I arrived at the meeting room, upon arriving they all got up from their seat and greeted me.

"WELCOME BOSS!!" They said in unison while taking on a respectful bow.

I took my seat with grace and commanded.

"Report"

Our meeting proceeded smoothly until someone suddenly barge into the room. He was a middle schooler like the rest of us but he was heavily panting.

"BOSS, An government official came and demanded to meet you!" He reported panicky.

"I see, where is he?"

"He is currently heading here Boss!"

Suddenly an obese man suited in a fancy suit entered the room, he looked at everyone arrogantly and demanded.

"You!, Kid let's talk" He demanded while pointing at me. I didn't burst out instead I offered him a seat.

"Of course, please take a seat honorable guest" I replied seemingly not affected by his attitude but inside I want to kill him and tear him apart. The obese creature took the seat of one of the representatives rudely.

He then pulled out an envelope from his suitcase and said.

"Your social club has become too big that we are afraid that you will not able to properly manage it, and cause some trouble so as the representative of Musutafu Municipal Government we demand you to surrender your group and all your assets at the hands of the government. To prevent you from using them irresponsibly." He declared.

'I see, so you all want my hard work, huh, If you want to play with fire I'll gladly oblige'

"I see, What was your name again sir?"

The obese creature replied.

"Hisoshito Kime" He replied.

"Ahhh I see," I looked in the direction of Himiko and commanded her.

"Himiko-Chan can you fetch me Mr. Hisoshito's document"

"Aye aye, Boss!!" She replied.

"I'm sorry to waste your valuable time honorable guest but can you please give us a minute," I said to this abomination. He just nodded at me and looked around arrogantly as if he own the place, a minute later Himiko arrived holding a black envelope. She handed me the envelope and I opened it and read its content out loud.

"Ahhh, here it is Yes, yes Mr. Hisoshito, age 45,

status divorce, job Municipal official, living at Musutafu Subdivision block 3, Quirk minor hardening and Record" I then looked at him and took a long pause.

"My, my You have a one dirty record sir, criminal activity, illegal smuggling of non-permitted goods, association with villains, manipulation of vote results, and many more"

As every word came out of my mouth the obese creature grew paler and paler, and after looking at him I struck the final hammer.

"What would the internet say if all these were to leak hmmm?" He looks like he was about to faint, he then kneeled at me and beg.

"P-please Don't post any of it, my whole life will be ruined, I-i won't bother your group anymore, please, please I'm begging you," He said while kneeling and sobbing, looking at me with his utmost desperation. My demeanor then changed into a tyrant as I look at him like a bug ready to be squashed at my feet. Everyone present in the room saw what happened and their respect for me and fear grew larger they looked at me with awe and respect while I was crushing this bug. I then warned him.

"This is not the only thing I have, I have all the records of each of you politicians along with your bank accounts and much personal info so if you want to mess with me remember that, this documents may accidentally leak to the masses, okay?"

"Yes, yes I won't mess with you anymore I won't do anything so please just let this one slide" He plead at me.

"I'll let this one slide but remember my words"

Though I said that to him the day after tomorrow all his records were leaked on the internet this caused a national scandal, and from then on politicians started to fear me and have never even bothered me anymore. My underling respected me more after this incident and became loyal, they have seen what I was capable of and feared that if they oppose me something similar to that may happen.

Though I'm pretty busy I haven't neglected my training, I have broken through, and was able to successfully made my 7th dantian. My quirk was upgraded too, I'm now able to create ultra vibration and apply it in weapons, my destructive ability was the one that improved the most, One time I was training, I decided to joke around and tried to punch a mountain, which to my surprise got destroyed, that incident became the talk of entire japan for an entire month until it died down.
