CHAPTER 15: RUINS PT 3

(A/N Hey so I knew not everyone was going to like the sword/seraph/Krul thing. Read this chapter and I think you all will feel better about it. So yeah, you guys strangled a two-chapter day out of me congrats. Will only happen once. Just so it's understood I added the sword for the future when he is able to go to stronger worlds. Anyways hope you all enjoy. Give me more powerstones since i dropped a second chapter today too.)

Noctis looked over Faye she was still crying a bit. She was wearing his cloak as her clothes were pretty much nonexistent. Noctis hugged her. Faye was surprised at first but then she just started to cry more and louder as she held onto him really tight.

After a couple more minutes Noctis grabbed her shoulders and looked into her eyes. "Are you okay? They weren't able to do anything right? I made it in time?"

Faye smiled and nodded "Thank you."

Faye looked into his eyes and saw the concern and what she wanted to say was love but she was not sure. However, she then saw his eyes slowly turn angry with rage. Noctis grit his teeth "I swear I'm going to kill every single one. They will be burned to fucking ashes. None of them are leaving these ruins alive."

Noctis's elven ears then twitched as his eyes then turned to shock "I need to save the others."

He looked over and saw Dain and Krox trying to take care of Ruri and Goblin Slayer. Noctis picked up Faye as he started to walk over.

Faye quickly said "Noctis I can walk. You just threw up so much blood an one of your eyes is still bleeding you should rest too."

Noctis shook his head "I'm fine."

Once they were over by the others, he gently put Faye down as he started to reach into his satchel to secretly reach into his storage space. Once Noctis got his storage space he went on a grabbing spree from his storage. He brought out many different potions and herbs. He pulled out multiple healing potions that were supposed to help with bleeding externally an internally. He also took out some stamina potions. Dain and Krox started to give the potions to Ruri and Goblin Slayer.

Noctis also took out a couple for himself but as he lifted the first one to his lips he fell backwards and blacked out.

A while later

Noctis slowly opened up his eyes. When he did, he saw the ceiling of the ruins. He was then slightly confused as he thought he would be on the hard ground, but it felt soft. He turned and saw Faye wearing his black cloak. He realized she rested his head on her thighs.

Noctis had one thought 'This truly is as good as anime characters claim it is.'

Faye looked down at him with a slight look of annoyance "Why do you have that stupid grin on your face?"

Noctis quickly hid his smile "What grin?"

Faye gave a little chuckle as she then hit the top of his head "Idiot."

Noctis rubbed his head "Ow what was that for?"

Faye had an annoyed face "Because you're an idiot I told you to rest because you lost all that blood."

Noctis looked up at her and reached his hand up to move some hair out of her face and put his hand on the side of her chin "I had to make sure you were okay."

Faye gave a warm and gentle smile. The two stared into each other's eyes for a moment. However, that moment was interrupted as they heard a cough.

He turned over and saw Dain and the rest of the group. Dain said "While it is such a beautiful moment to see two long ears falling in love. We are still down in the ruins, and we need to get ready to start moving again."

Both Noctis and Faye began to blush and the tips of both their ears became red. Even though Noctis could have stayed there forever he got up from Faye's thighs.

Noctis looked around and saw everyone was alright. Ruri and Goblin Slayer had blood all over them, but they seemed alright in the general sense.

They all started to make their way out of the ruins. It was a slow process as the exhaustion started to kick in for everyone. Especially Noctis he had not been pushed that far before. As soon as they made it out of the sewers, and they were out in Water Town Noctis immediately started to black out again. The last thing he heard while his body was shutting down was Faye yelling "Noctis!!"

When Noctis next opened his eyes, he was in a familiar white room. He looked over and saw Krul sitting on a throne.

Noctis walked up to her "Already made yourself royalty I see."

Krul nodded "Well this is my soul."

There was an awkward silence Noctis was not entirely sure what to say and Krul was not interested in having a conversation with a Seraph. Even if the Seraph was clearly not from the world she just came from. She has been seeing the world through his eyes. She was a bit curious but not enough to ask Noctis about things.

Noctis scratched his head "So how did you end up in the sword?"

Krul stared at Noctis for a moment "My head was cut off. I would have lived but when I came to, I was here inside the sword with no way out."

Noctis found himself in another situation where he was not sure what to say. Krul then said, "You're Welcome."

Noctis immediately remembered what had happened "Oh yeah, thank you I do appreciate it."

Krul nodded with a smug smile "As you should the fact, I have to help a Seraph truly annoys me, but I suppose it's better than helping a human. Not a big jump."

Noctis narrowed his eyes "You can lie to me if you want but I have a question. Are you going to try and take over my body when I use the katana?"

Krul immediately nodded her head "Of course. I think it will be rather easy."

Noctis tilted his head "What stopped you last time?"

Krul frowned "I am strong but not enough to control a Seraph. However, we will see if you can activate that power again or if it was just a fluke."

Noctis sighed "No chance for diplomacy?"

Krul started to laugh "What could you possibly offer me?"

Noctis thought for a moment "Soul transfer."

Krul narrowed her eyes "Soul Transfer?"

Noctis nodded "It's possible that I could obtain a magic that lets me transfer souls from one thing to another."

Krul stared at Noctis "You sound as if you do not have this magic?"

Noctis scratched the back of his head "I do not. However, it's possible I could learn the magic in the future. If you give me enough time. After all, do you think you can truly take over my body forever?"

Krul looked Noctis up and down "It does not concern me. You are offering something you do not have. I have no guarantees while I would rather stay a girl, I've been a live so long it would not bother me to possess a man's body."

He stared at her for a second "Fine then..."

Noctis had left the white room. Krul laughed "Looks like he finally woke up."

Noctis opened his eyes again and he saw a gold and white marble ceiling. He slowly got up and saw that he was in a giant bed. He looked to his left and saw Faye completely naked. He immediately went red from his cheeks to his ears. He slowly sat on the side of the bed. He kept looking over and slowly reaching his hand out to Faye.

'NO Noctis you are stronger than this. This is a good sign right. Take what you can get don't make it worse.' He thought.

He then looked at himself and noticed that he was only in his briefs. His eyes widened and he started to look around for his phone. He went over to his pants and luckily it was still in a secure slot. He really hoped no one saw it.

He then decided to open his phone really quick to see the message he got. When he looked at it, he saw a message that was different from what he usually saw.

The Creator: This is a one-time thing. Do not expect us to interfere again.
