Talent Show, here we come!

After Breakfast the prince and I went for a small walk in the courtyard and sat on a bench surrounded by beautiful flowers. We shared information about each other and had lots of laughs. We enjoyed each other's company until Emily came looking for us. Emily rushed, " Come on, we have to leave to sign up for the talent show!" I nodded and said to the prince, " Gotta go, talk to you again soon hopefully. I enjoyed talking to you." Then Emily and I walked to the car that was parked in front of the palace, Mr. Williams opened the back door and we got in. We stayed silent on the way to sign ups. My thoughts of the time I spent with the prince and what we will do for the talent show scrambled together. Then a question popped into my head, " Will the prince come to the talent show?" Suddenly I couldn't wait to get back to the palace to ask him.

Sign ups was behind the high school in the local park. Most people had already signed up but there was still a long line. I felt out of place with the dress I was wearing but thankfully there was a pair of clothes in the back that Mr. Williams let me wear and they were exactly my size and very comfortable. We were in line for about 30 minutes but we didn't mind because we got to see hot guys skateboarding and cute kids swinging and chasing each other. Also a lot of our favorite songs played in the background so we had a great time. After we signed up we headed back to the car and back to the palace. I had to put that stupid dress back on which was stressful . When we entered the palace we were greeted by the prince, who I had an urge to hug but obviously didn't and I blurted, " Will you be coming to the talent show to watch us?" The prince stared at me blankly then smiled and said, " Of course." Then Emily and I went to my room and I noticed Teddy was back on the dresser and General was laying back on my bed. Emily and I discussed what we will do for the talent show this year while snacking on Teddy's insides.
