Rory patted Hailee and comforted her in a gentle voice, "Hailee, don't be afraid, I'm here."
"I'm so scared, Rory!" She trembled, and screamed.
Rory wanted to hug her in concern, but was quickly pushed away.
"Help! They are bad people!" Screams erupted.
The door was suddenly kicked open, and the iron lock on it made a sharp collision sound.
"Shut up! What are you yelling for?" the intruder impatiently scolded.
Rory coldly responded, "She's having a fit, don't yell at her!"
If a person having a fit is triggered, it would only worsen their condition.
"Quickly control her! If she screams again, I will use force."
Rory immediately held Hailee's hand. Even though she had already been injured and had many wounds on her backhand and arms, she knew she couldn't back down, and tightly controlled Hailee's hand.
