Chapter 224 Halloween Demons

"Hailee, you come to see your brother. Why didn't you take me with you?"

The voice blew like cool breeze past her ear.

Hailee's violently beating heart began to calm down immediately. She didn't want to escape anymore, and the voice in her head seemed to have suddenly disappeared.

"Rory, I don't want to disturb you." She smiled and relaxed, which was rare for her.

King Blake looked at Hailee worriedly. He knew that his sister's condition was very serious. After what had happened last time, her condition must have worsened.

"King Blake, the doctor said that you have just a minor wound and have been hospitalized for two days. It's time for you to be discharged, isn't it?" she teased.

She understood what King Blake was up to. He just wanted her to come and take a few more glances at him.

Though King Blake didn't tell her straight, she knew and couldn't keep it to herself.
