A love confession

Ryder kissed her forehead. "Times have changed love and we will have to adapt to it." he told her.

There was a knock on the door and Evena entered inside.

"What's up?" Ryder asked him.

"We have been invited to dinner at the pack house. Get dressed so we can leave." he told them.

"We were invited?" Ava asked as she sat up.

"Yes, Trina, Dean's mate called the house phone just now. She said Jax invited us." Evena replied.

"Okay, we will join you guys soon" Ryder told him. Evena nodded and left the room.

Ava stood up and went to the wardrobe in the room to pick a suitable outfit for dinner.

"Do you think he has calmed down?" Ryder asked.

"Well he wouldn't invite us to dinner if he hadn't calmed down" Ava replied.

"What if it's a trap?" Ryder asked.

Ava turned and gave him an unimpressed look.
