Hidden Ancient Mansion Changes

He let out a smile, the sudden rise in his cultivation realm is a surprise, but a welcomed one. In fact, he felt like he could even reach the 9th Stage but had restrained himself, pushing back from reaching the 9th Stage.

His reasoning was his sudden rise in cultivation realm could lead to an unstable foundation, the thing he had been most afraid of as he was trying to build the greatest foundation possible. If he actually had an unstable foundation from trying to raise his cultivation realm too quickly, didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

He planned to consolidate his current realm first before he began his trip back to the capital. He closed his eyes as he began another cultivation session.

After stabilizing and consolidating his cultivation realm, he stood up and stretched his limbs. Despite his body being better than ever, courtesy of having higher cultivation, it still feels good to stretch his body even though there won't be any effect from doing so.

He decided to test his current strength, to see where he currently stands at. He focused his qi on his fist before performing a simple punch. The supposedly simple actions had some consequences for the landscape.

Namely, a huge crater had been gorged from the earth, anything around the said crater had been dislodged from the earth. He looks back at his fist, shocked by his own strength.

"And I didn't even use any techniques yet," he muttered to himself, "or the Paths I mastered. It's likely my current strength is equal to a Genesis Lake realm, though what stage, I'm not too sure about,"

Nonetheless, with his current strength, plus his mastery of Law of Space, he could get to the capital in record time. However, before he could begin his trek to the capital, he sensed something buzzing inside his pocket.

He took the thing out, realizing it was the Hidden Ancient Mansion. "What happened?" he asked before almost facepalming himself. He actually asked a non-sentient object something. "I need to get to the capital and actually talk to some people, fast," he said to himself, realizing he likely started to become insane from his time in the hidden realm and the void.

But first, he should check on the Hidden Ancient Mansion. He was about to set it up first when he felt a message from the mansion. Or to be exact, from his parents who were left inside the mansion.

"If you reached an Elementary Understanding of the Law of Space, then you can enter the mansion without setting it up first," He widened his eyes at the message, as he realized the implication of such a thing. Not to mention, the message was not over yet.

"You could also set up a teleportation point, allowing others to enter the mansion without setting it up. And with your cultivation reaching the Genesis Core, the mansion will undergo some upgrade, along with unlocking some extra features and rooms "The message ended right there.

Nevertheless, with what the message talks about, he is excited at the prospect, as the mansion will no longer be an inconspicuous thing that can be seen from kilometers away, giving them more protection against others in the wilderness.

He was also curious about the improvement of the Hidden Ancient Mansion, especially the talk about the extra features and rooms. He wondered what those are. Only one way to find out.

He opened his eyes and immediately spotted some of the more noticeable differences. Namely, there seemed to be a yard on the front of the mansion, the place he currently standing at.

With the door of the mansion in front of him, he didn't hesitate as he entered the mansion. As he put his feet inside, he could feel the difference in energy concentration. While there is some concentration of energy, though it depends on the area the mansion is located in, now, the energy level is even better than the outside environment.

And that was just what he could feel. He still hasn't explored the place yet. He is looking forward to the changes the mansion undergoes.

His next stop is the library. It seems to be the most likely place to receive some special features. His thought seemed to be correct as there seemed to be some construct moving across the shelves, putting the books, and taking them out.

And not just that. He was ashamed to admit it but it took him longer than necessary to realize the library expended. As in its size. It had already been immense before, but now, it just gets a lot bigger.

He wanted to explore the library to see if there were any books that would help him to improve his comprehension of different Paths but he stopped himself. He could check it later. Now, he should check on the other place.

His next stop was in the different rooms that just suddenly spawned out of nowhere. It is the thing he is most curious about, so he was glad it was rather close. Though he wonders what the room is for.

He opened the door to the first room, the perfect image of an alchemy room was inside it. He quickly entered, seeing several different tools that helped with alchemy stored on different shelves.

Much to his disappointment, the tools were all low-grade items. As he observed the place, he spotted a piece of paper on top of the table. He opened and read its content.

"Dear Ryker, the tool will be all low-grade stuff. It is up to you to replace it with better tools or not. Though we suggest to do so, as it will improve your ability to perform alchemy, drastically," he rolled his eyes, his parents seemed to find new ways to test him even in the afterlife.

However, the prospect of doing things and not receiving a handout didn't seem unappealing to him. He welcomed it as it would give him the experience necessary to survive what is yet to come.

He then thought of something, before heading out of the alchemy room and checking the rest of the rooms. His assumption seemed to be correct as every other room correlated to different professions.

He smiled, with all of these rooms, the shoddy tools aside, he could now perform any of the major professions without needing extra spaces for it.

He then goes to the other part of the mansion, eager to see what other features are present.

After the brief inspection, he comes out of the mansion, to emerge inside a cave. He had hidden the mansion inside the cave and put some formation to prevent anything from coming inside. No need to get ambushed by beasts when coming out now.

He smiled, the improvement to the Hidden Ancient Mansion will benefit all of them.
