Chapter 58 The Wizard

Kurt and Kitty were now playing games with each other. They never played games with this kind of computer before. They were happy just to sit there all day. They didn't want to go to Parker Paragon Mall anymore.

While they were playing games. Ororo, Jean and Anna sat on the sofa near the counter and talked to each other over a can of soda or coffee. They mainly talk about Sullivan.

He was a mystery to them. Even the professor could not handle him.

Anna asked about how they met. Jean was embarrassed at first but When She started to speak about him It came out naturally.

Their meeting was hilarious. Ororo and Anna laughed at how a jerk Sullivan was. but he was kinda cute. Even though He was like that He still helped her in the end.

They talked until Jean spoke how she wanted to marry him.

"So you met him just a week ago and already want to marry him."

Anna spoke to her blankly. If they were just girlfriend and boyfriend it would be normal but She wanted to marry him.

"Isn't it too fast for you to take the relationship to that level?"

Ororo asked Jean with concern. She herself had some kind of relationship with men before but it always failed.

She was afraid that Jean might get hurt if She wasn't careful.

"I know alright but it is hard to resist his charm."

Jean smiled beautifully.

"This is your first time to fall in love with someone so It's normal."

Ororo understood her. Anna too. She thought back to her boyfriend who was still in a coma in the hospital. She could only sigh. If he had high resistance to her power like Sullivan did it would be very nice.

The three talked to each other until Sullivan came out of the back room with five more people other than Miles.

Jean looked at them curiously. She wanted to say Hi to her boyfriend's brother but something felt wrong.

Sullivan walked to her group. He thought about something before speaking to the three of them. Kurt and Kitty were excluded because They were still kids.

Sullivan explained to them about the spider verse problem.

"So they are from other universes?"

Jean asked with amazement. She knew about the theory of the multiverse but didn't think it to be true.

Sullivan still didn't tell her about his power to move to another dimension or universe.

He will tell her when the time is right.

"I will help, I will not let you go alone."

After Sullivan explained to her about the spider verse problem and his intention on helping them.

Jean then spoke worriedly. She didn't know if Sullivan would let her go with him or not.

And she worried for nothing. Sullivan knew she would say that.

"I have expected you to say that but we cannot go like this, we need to hide our identity."

"You need costumes"

Ororo understood what Sullivan needed. She will also help if Jean were to help them too. She will not let her student do something dangerous by herself.

"Yeah."

"Do you need my help to buy a custom costume? I can help you if you want."

"No, I am fine."

Sullivan just snapped his finger then his cloth changed to black armani suit with a silver opera mask.

He looked so dashing.

"You really are a Wizard, no mutant had so much power with a different type like you."

Ororo had met many kinds of mutant before but no one came close to him.

"Is that so then from now on call me The Wizard."

Sullivan wanted to be a Spider Wizard but It was not possible now when he had a bloodline that would reject any other blood that below it.

Sullivan didn't know if Spider power was considered beneath it or not but he didn't want to try it right now. He needed Hermione for that.

He will wait until the trade function is enabled so he will send her his blood and the spider.

Now the spidey team were having a meeting.

The leader of this meeting was Gwen Stacy.

"Are you sure he could help us? Even though he has some kind of power I didn't know about his actual combat."

Gwen asked Miles.

Miles looked at her like she was an idiot.

"Why the look?"

"Oh you will know not to anger him. You didn't see what he is capable of. I used to go and play with him at the shooting range. and to tell you the truth he's down right a terrorist. And that's when he just used a normal weapon but if it is magic what do you think?"

Miles couldn't help but shudder. The smile on his face when using the explosive round was still engraved in his mind till today.

Gwen could perceive what Miles wanted to say but she was still in doubt.

She wanted to know his actual combat prowess. She will not let anyone die in vain because they were careless.So she will test him.
