Evan and Strange were just casually chatting.
With Strange's current reputation, he rarely performed surgeries himself, so they could talk for a while. But despite all of Evan's efforts, he didn't see any response from the system.
Maybe it's because Strange hasn't yet become the Sorcerer Supreme?
"Evan," Strange said, inputting data into his computer, "you seem like you're expecting something."
"Stephen, have you considered switching to psychiatry lately?"
"Oh, absolutely not. I can't stand those pretentious types."
Strange pressed Enter on the keyboard. "It's just that you seem distracted."
"Your girl's finished her check-up. She's in great health—actually, really fit. I'd say she's stronger than she looks."
"Don't worry about me, Stephen; I can keep up."
Evan stood up, ready to leave but paused to add, "And be careful driving home."
Strange waved him off. "You sound like an old lady."

"No issues at all, Gwen! You're perfectly healthy!" Jessica was holding Gwen's report, happily waving it around.
"Thanks, Jessica—I've seen it," Gwen said, smiling with relief.
Outside the hospital, Gwen spotted Evan waiting by the car and hurried over to him. Leaning against it, he looked up, noticing her bright expression as she approached.
She stopped in front of him, closed her eyes briefly, then kissed him gently on the cheek.
"Thank you, Evan~"
"Gwen," Evan said softly, brushing a strand of her blonde hair back. "It seems like you've had a lot on your mind lately."
"I've just been a little confused about some things," Gwen replied, tilting her head with a small smile. "But I think it's cleared up now."
"That's good," he said, smiling as he wrapped an arm around her. The two stood close, quietly appreciating the moment.
Jessica, watching from a few steps away, faked a look of discomfort. "Ugh! How are they kissing for this long?"
Feigning modesty, she pretended to cover her eyes but peeked through her fingers.
Finally, Gwen pulled back, a faint blush on her cheeks as she teased, "That felt nice, Evan~"
Evan looked at her with slight regret, thinking they could've continued a bit longer.
Suddenly—hum! A warning from Spider Telepathy!
Danger!
Evan reacted instantly, pulling Gwen down to the ground with him.
A figure with metal wings swooped by, brushing the car and landing a few feet away. Fortunately, Evan had reinforced the car knowing the risks in New York; it only had a scratch, but no major damage.
Gwen, sitting in his arms, touched her head in confusion. Why didn't her Spider Sense go off earlier? Did she misinterpret it?
Evan turned toward the figure that had landed, quickly recognizing him: Adrian Toomes, also known as "The Vulture," a former electronics engineer turned villain after being wronged by the corporate world.
This didn't seem like a failed flight attempt—he'd clearly been thrown from somewhere.
But wasn't Gwen just next to him? Which hero had beaten Vulture up?
Evan looked toward the building from where Vulture had been sent flying. Through a broken window, he spotted a bald man in a suit, unusually muscular, just turning away.
"Evan, Gwen! Are you okay? That was terrifying!" Jessica ran over, visibly shaken.
Gwen snapped out of her daze and assured her, "We're fine, Jess—thanks to Evan."
Evan leaned over and whispered in Gwen's ear, "Gwen, maybe we should get out of here first."
"Yes, but let me get up first."
After standing, Gwen looked back at the Vulture, who was now back in the air.
I should be the one protecting Evan, she thought angrily, puffing her cheeks.
When I get my suit on, I'll take care of you, you oversized vulture!
"Kingpin!" Vulture shouted, glaring back at the building. He paid no attention to the two bystanders he'd almost hit, flying back toward the structure with a roar.
Evan narrowed his eyes. Vulture…and the Kingpin.

Later that night, on a towering building illuminated by the city lights, a shadowed figure stood, the hem of his cloak flapping in the wind.
It was Evan, donning his Knight Spider suit.
The suit was similar to Venom's colors but included a hooded trench coat, giving it the appearance of a partner to Gwen's Ghost Spider suit.
The suit even played its own internal BGM, making him feel like he'd accidentally wandered onto the wrong set of Kamen Rider.
