Chapter 9 Missions

Tom walked through the hectic Hell's Kitchen as he looked for some good enough clothing store,one has to know that danger is ever present in this small block of NewYork even in the comics Daredevil had to work day and night to make this place safe,only for one single fatty waffle to ruin everything with ease

"I am feeling a little hungry" Tom started feeling hungry as he hadn't eaten anything in the schools break which was a new source of food for him,he regretted it as he chose a simple looking bar something restaurant and walked in

*Cheers*

As soon as he did so,he walked in and came face to face with a man wearing glasses in his the dark,chatting with his friend who looked a little healthy

"don't tell me!?" Tom felt like the man was very familiar,scratch that,he knew exactly who the man was,the next thing cemented his doubts as the man suddenly looked at him,before he went back to talking with his friends

'Phew! I didn't think I will be able to meet daredevil the moment I step out of my home' Tom thought in glee and some despair,despair at the thought seeing chaos that soon follows after

"Thankfully I have taken the gun with me,since it's licensed for self protection,I won't be charged as long as I don't bring it to school or someplace similar" Tom wondered as he made an order,it had been some time he had been able to drink some alchohol, his own life before this transmigration wasn't that good.

"Congratulations on our new office….sigh "

"Come on Foggy! Be positive"

"hmph! Easy for you to say,you can shag a women any minute using that superpower of yours"

"what superpower!" Tom kept hearing the talk between the two to get a feel of the two and the situation

"you know what I mean,that sympathy with you being a blind moron" Foggy grumbled as he drank another glass

"Foggy! If I didn't know you any better,I would have thought you were a discriminator" Matt said in mock anger, further antagonising his friend

"Sir! Here is your order" at this time an old woman gave Tom his food so he started eating,not paying any kind to the two friends a table away from him

It was only then he noticed that the place was good,the food was perfect and alcohol was also good,plus no one was disturbing him unlike how it usually happens in Hell's Kitchen

Tom still remembers from the memory of the previous owner how hard it is to live in the Hell's Kitchen, a place where police don't dare make problems and the mafia are rampart,infesting the kitchen

"Thanks for the food" Tom said out of habit as he left the place ,the duo of daredevil had already left the scene long ago as Foggy ended up throwing whatever he drank

"I should probably hurry before it gets dark,although I have a gun,I am still afraid to shoot" Tom said to himself as he finally arrived at a good enough shop

"This one looks good,let's see if I can get any discounts"

Tom left the place with three pants and five shirts along with a good enough hoodie,Although spent a large sum of his ones,he was fine as the quality was good enough

As he sped through the crowded Hell's Kitchen, he felt some dread at the thought of being robbed by the local Mafia since he was carrying so many things but his fears were baseless as even those that kept an eye on the roads wouldn't bother him,simply for the fact that what he bought wasn't worth stealing

This way,He safely arrived at home and put the clothes into the built in closet and sat down after making himself a coffee

"missions,does this mean I can get ore GP?" Tom immediately became excited

[Side Mission: Survive the Hand and Kingpin]

[Repeat mission: Publish a paper on your studies]

[Repeat missions: Run five miles,Do thirty pushups,Squats,crunches and sit-ups]

[Repeat mission: Help a student]

"woah! So many at once"

Tom took a look at the missions,expecting to be able to complete them fast and get some well needed Gacha rolls,but he didn't expect half o them to be world level quests.
