"Uwaa!" Kaede gave a little scream as she fell before hitting the ground, "Ouch, Ouch, Ouch." She rubbed her ass as if she felt something although she felt nothing, looking around she realized she was standing between a group of goblins and a slime.

"Ohhh, these goblins look more realistic than usual." She said to the goblins who were looking at her with surprise on their faces, "What is a little girl doing here?" Rimuru mentally screamed in her head and started to think about what to do.

"Why is there a human here?" One of the goblins asked and they grabbed their weapons again, Rimuru who was about to flee realized the situation, "Damn you if you leave it is possible that there will be a confrontation between the goblins and this little girl in armor!"

Kaede, who had already finished her surprise and was about to turn these goblins into experience points, stopped when the slime that was behind her jumped in front of her as if to protect her.

"Put down your weapons." She heard Slime say without mouth and was surprised, "Yes Rimuru-sama!" The goblin who was wearing a red bandana said and lowered his knife, "So your name is Rimuru isn't it?" Kaede asked as she reached out to grab the Slime.

"Yes that's my name, wait what you're doing!" Rimuru yelled when she realized Kaede was about to grab him and tried to run away but she had already taken him in her arms and held him tight, "So cute, this is my second time catching a Slime." She said as she squeezed Rimuru.

"Ah, the mighty being got caught by that human rescue him!" One of the goblins yelled and they advanced towards Kaede who was hugging Rimuru, "Stop, Stop without violence!" Rimuru yelled at the goblins who stopped again.

He let out a sigh of relief and turned to Kaede who was holding him, "Excuse me ojou-san could you let go of me?" He asked Kaede who was a little sad, "Alright slime-san I'll let you go." She then opened her arms and Rimuru jumped.

Everyone was silent for a while before the goblin in the red bandanna clapped his hands as if he remembered something, "Be powerful could you visit our village and help us please!" With that all the goblins put their heads on the ground and begged together.

"Eh what to do?" Rimuru muttered as he looked at Kaede that she seemed to want to take him again, he couldn't just leave this little girl here in the forest and in her vision she didn't seem to have much magical power.

"I little girl do you mind coming with us?" Rimuru asked probing, at that moment her interface flashed and a new mission appeared, (The mysterious talking slime invites you to join him, accept?) without thinking twice she clicked yes.

"My name is Maple and I will be with you, please take care of me!" She made a little bow, "Oh, nice to meet you I'm Rimuru." A tentacle came out of his body and the two greeted each other.

"Well let's go!" He said and the goblins started to lead the way, however to his surprise Kaede didn't walk after them but instead summoned a giant turtle and straddled it, soon the turtle started flying and followed.

"I think I was worried for nothing." Rimuru said and continued to follow the goblins to their village. At that moment Kaede who was on top of the turtle started to notice some things that shouldn't be in the game.

Earlier when she looked at the goblins she saw that some of them were wounded and with red bandages covering their wounds, not only that but she also noticed emotions on their faces and knew the game wasn't advanced enough to allow the NPCs to show emotions .

"Is this no longer a game but reality?" Kaede wondered as she placed her hands over her heart and felt it beating, this was the proof she needed to realize she was no longer in the game.

When she noticed this little tears welled up in her eyes and she cried a little at maybe never being able to see her parents and her Maple Tree friends again, especially her childhood friend Sally.

As if sensing her master's sadness Syrup lifted his head and rubbed it against Kaede trying to cheer her up and it was quite effective, "Hehehe, thank you Syrup." She said and hugged her cute little turtle.

"Well at least I'm not alone in this unknown world." Kaede said and looked once more at the forest full of vegetation, A new adventure awaits her in this world and that alone can lighten her mood a little.
