CH349. He saved her from manipulation

But is he going to think about those when not only is his life in danger, but the life of his family as well?

Lu Min Chen gets impatient by his silence and kicks him on the chest. "You are wasting my time!" He says. "Who sent you people?"

"Mmn," the man cries in pain. "It... It was a person by the name Miss Lei. I do not know who she is. But I heard my boss talk about her."

Lu Min Chen halts for a second. Miss Lei? Lei Ran dared to do this even after he warned her?

"Are you sure that it was Lei l Ran who sent you to kidnap her?" Lu Min Chen asks. 

In fact, he had two major suspects in his head. And that was his grandpa and Lei Ran.

But he had suspected his grandpa more since he thought that after warning Lei Ran, she would not try anything stupid so soon.

He checks his pockets and brings out the phone, handing it to Lu Min Chen.

But Lu Min Chen refuses to touch it. He asks him to show him the call history and takes a picture of the number. 

Then he hands it to his assistant to find out where it came from.

"Finish him," he says to one of his men while pointing at the man on the ground.

And one of the guards pulls out a gun and shoots the unconscious man on the floor. Just like that he loses his life.

Had he been alive, he would have remembered the words that Ye Xiao Xiao said to him.

She had told him that her husband would kill him if he were to find him out.

Without caring about the other man, they leave. And the man falls on the ground with a sigh gratefulness.

He has been able to save his life. Their other men ran away after Ye Fu Chin came. They did not even try helping them out.
