Enopy walked through the bustling street with no care about who saw him cause his face had changed; he had blond hair, a long chin, and blue eyes; he stroked through the street with a cold expression as he thought.
"These gloves are good it creates such a good disguise, I just hope that there is no one in the crowd that can see through it, huuu, if it weren't for that problem, I would have left this place immediately after I got the loot from Ervice," Enopy let his thoughts wander as he walked in between the long pathways of food-filled carts.
"Huh, isn't that?" Enopy was pulled out of his head by the thick smell of Unagi. He took large strides but was left in disappointment when he saw the long line that went on for a few feet.
Enopy was about to walk away, but suddenly an arm appeared on his shoulder.
"Huh?" Enopy looked over his shoulder; his gaze met with Eckon's.
"Aren't you the guy that killed Dontavius?" Eckon asked with an innocent expression.
Enopy's pupils shrunk as he was surprised by how fast he was found out but this reaction confirmed Eckon's thoughts.
"Why are you using a disguise?" Eckon asked with an innocent expression.
Enopy was able to scope out Eckon giving birth to an idea.
"Come with me," Enopy said as he pushed off Eckon's arm and walked into an alleyway.
"Alright, what I'm about to tell you is top secret, so you can't tell anyone else, ok?" Enopy said with a stern expression.
"Ok, hurry tell me," Eckon pleaded with an ecstatic expression.
"I'm on a secret mission, I would like to tell you more, but if I do, then I'll be killed."
"Oh, I can just beat them up, don't worry, I'll protect you," Eckon declared with a proud expression.
"I won't take that chance; maybe ill need help later on, so can I have help at that time?" Enopy wanted to shake his head in disappointment but stopped himself and announced.
"Sure, I need to go. I have a scheduled mission; I wish I could do whatever I wanted," Eckon said as he gave up on pursuing Enopy's secret and pulled himself out of the alley and Enopy soon followed.
"of course, he's just a pawn; he's been sheltered his whole life and been hand-fed everything he needs leaving him naive and dumb, giving me the opportunity to trick and manipulate him," "Grooooowl" his stomach sent him a pleading roar, at that time an idea popped into Enopy's head.
He jumped up into the air and shifted his weight before he touched the ground leaving the ground unscathed as he landed in front of Eckon.
"Oh, your back. I need to go, so I can't stay here," Eckon said with a nervous expression.
"Wait shouldn't you eat first," Enopy said in a worried tone.
"Yeah, but-" Eckon didn't get the chance to finish his sentence before he was cut off by Enopy.
"What if you are drowsy, cause you haven't eaten, causing you to lose."
"Fine," Eckon agreed as he showed a huge grin.
"Good, let's go over there," Enopy said as he walked to the unagi cart and entered the line.
"Oh, isn't that Eckon"
"Oh, it is."
"You can go ahead of me."
"Go ahead, young one."
"It would be an honor....."
the whole crowd wanted their voices to be heard by Eckon, soon Enopy and Eckon went from the back of the line to the front of it.
"What would you like," an old white, hairy man with a raspy voice and missing teeth said as he wiped his sweaty hands on his apron.
"10 orders of kabayaki, it will be split equally between us," Enopy quickly said.
"ok, wait 5 minutes."
5 minutes later, their food was laid out in front of them "that will be 10,000 points, ok," the man said.
"Ok, we will split it 5,000:5,000," Enopy said as he played at the paper bowls that were filled with kabayaki.
"That's fine," the man said loudly.
Enopy quickly paid his 5,000 and went back to eating his food.
"Um, I don't have points," Eckon's voice suddenly rang out, forcing Enopy to turn his attention away from his food.
" you fight every day; how don't you have points," Enopy said calmly.
"Well, my aunt takes my card and transfers my points to hers," Eckon said as he tucked his head into his kimono as if he was trying to hide from Enopy's gaze.
"Alright, fine!", Enopy didn't want to hear any more of his sob story, so he paid for Eckon and quickly devoured his portion of the kabayaki. He then moved on to another cart and used Eckon's prestige to skip the long line.
He got a huge burger and split away from Eckon. he wouldn't be used as a Charity soon he came back around to the same cart.
"I forgot an order for Eckon and the rest of our friends" he used this excuse to skip the line once more.
"Oh, ok," the tall white-bearded man said.
"Let me get three hamburgers," Enopy ordered.
"That would be ten minutes and 30,000 points," the man replied happily.
"Ok," Enopy said as he allowed his card to be scanned; not long later, he soon got his food, and he walked back to the slums.
"The duplicate technique has been integrated into my being", suddenly the system announced with another surprise.
"Huh, I didn't ask you to do that" Enopy was confused when he heard this; he knew that he didn't order the system to do this.
"I detected that the Features gained could empower you, proceeded without authorization," the system said.
"Whatever, next time, notify me. I'll test it right now while I eat," Enopy said as he proceeded to deploy a dimensional living space. He knew that he could do anything to the system since it was fused with his consciousness, he decided to let it go after all it was trying to empower him.
He walked into the training ground and sat on the ground as he took the burgers out of his space ring and took a large bite out of one.
He quickly scanned through the duplicate technique minutes later, a dim white glow appeared around Enopy, and an identical version of him appeared next to the home in the same crisscrossed position.
Enopy made a nine more, but their ranks went down after the first one; the 10th was rank one first stage of the first stage, but its power was so weak it seemed as if its true power was in the bodybuilders rank.
"I see nothing new tell me the improvements," Enopy ordered as he scanned the clones with his eyes.
"New features: Shared vision, mar· I ·on·ette, advanced substitution, order."
"Old features: substitution, order."
"And I can put a part of myself into a clone and let the clone last longer while being in full control of the body," the system listed.
"Define them all," Enopy ordered.
"Shared vision- vision can be shared between user and clone,
Range:5 miles"
"mar· I ·on·ette- control clone within 3 miles."
"Substitution- send injuries to clone
Range:20 feet within clone range extends when rank increases."
"Advanced substitution- swap places with a clone, send injuries to clone,
Range: 10 feet within clone range extends when rank increases"
"Order- order clone"
"Oh what great abilities," Enopy said as he drew a sword from his space ring and stabbed his arm; he then activated the technique, and his injuries were instantly sent to the 1st clone.
"Oh, so I can't control which clone receives the injury, but it's a really good technique; let's try this," Enopy said as he used the technique as a different meaning came to life in his mind and told the technique what he wanted to do he was covered by the same dim glow a few seconds later, he appeared standing in the position of the first clone but the burger his space ring and kimono were gone he only his inscribed items were left on him, but it seemed that the technique didn't take his ring as an inscribed item.
He looked at his previous position and said, "Damn, it could have been a really good technique, but it seems like a last resort technique like the last stand."
He used the technique again, and he was back in his crisscrossed position with a half-eaten burger in his hand, and his clothes were back on him, and so was his ring, but on his arm were the injuries that he had previously given himself.
"These techniques have serious drawbacks, but they are great nonetheless I wish I had a technique that can counter these drawback and fuse it with this one," Enopy thought, and he stuffed the burger into his mouth and pulled out another one.
He tried the mar· I ·on·ette, which proved to be the same as its description, but Enopy noticed how hard they were to control he wasn't moving them using his body but like a real mar· I ·on·ette he was even able to see the strings appear when he activated the technique, but they soon turned transparent and completely disappeared, but Enopy was able to sense them, but when he tried to move them he looked as if he was a child learning to write he was utterly unable to make them stand straight.
"Hmm, it seems I need a lot more practice with this technique," Enopy thought as he took a massive bite out of the burger.
"I should start with the diagrams now," he said as he deactivated the technique, sprang up, and shoved the burger into his mouth.
