CH 148: Chilling

Ali, with a smug and loving smirk on his face, hugged Erlong's tight waist and gave a kiss to her soft cheek :"and besides, just having you close is comforting. So I would rather spend my entire day with my lovers."

Erlong chuckled before she pecked him on the lips and then leaned onto him with a smile :"well, I'm quite happy to hear that, love."

And then with a playful smile, Ali stretched his hand and hugged Zhuqing's waist as well before pulling her towards himself as well :"and we also shouldn't forget about Zhuqing, my lovely kitten."

Zhuqing smiled warmly at the comfort as she made herself comfortable and put her head on Ali's shoulder happily.

Seeing the three flirting so shamelessly, the single boys and old men could only sob to themselves.

They didn't dare to interrupt them, since Erlong would probably... Scratch that, definitely beat them till they're half dead.

So they could just try to distract themselves from the sad truth of being single by watching the fights.

Ali hummed at the comfortable feeling before he asked with a smile :"should we get out of here and go stroll around instead?"

After all, all of this was just too boring for him. Come on, he could manhandle all of these people with his hands tied behind him.

So staying here was just a waste of time and all the cheers and shit just annoyed him. The girls thought so too, so they agreed as Erlong sat stopped leaning against him and nodded with a smile :"alright then, let's do that."

And fortunately for the other single guys, they finally got up and walked out of the Tian Dou Soul Arena.

<Guys, I'm having doubts about adding Jiang Zhu to the harem. I mean, it's already big enough and all>

But this time, it was just Erlong and Zhuqing who came. Even though having Jiang Zhu around was fun, Ali wanted to relax today.

Not for any major reasons, he just felt like relaxing with his future wives. That's why he didn't want anybody else to come.

The girls knew that too since they were really familiar with Ali, that's why they didn't bother to invite anybody else to come.

While Erlong and Zhuqing looked at him with confusion, Ali walked to an alley before he a blue light flashed inside the alley.

And then, Eve walked out with a smile on his beautiful face while still wearing the same clothes as Ali :"I just thought that if I wanted to relax, it's better in this form of mine.

Erlong and Zhuqing looked at each other before smiling at him and nodded as Erlong chuckled :"true, this form of yours is really cute. So it will be more relaxing."

Zhuqing beside her also nodded :"yeah, I had actually missed your gentle Eve form since I hadn't seen it for a while."

After getting his 5th soul ring, Ali took a little time to study his separation power to see what he can do to it.

The reason why he had asked for separation from R.O.B was because at that time, he had a little bit of personality problem.

He just wasn't sure of what kind of a person he really was. A gentle person, or a crazy one. That's why he asked for Eve and Altair forms.

But after years of living in this form, he found out that he couldn't escape from his nature, a psychotic maniac.

That's why, he didn't separated that much. Because he literally took Altair's route, so he didn't see the point of just making his body a little buffer while he stayed the same.

But Eve was different. He was the sane, gentle and loving side of him. The side that nowadays, he only shows to his lovers.

That's why, he wanted to see if he can mess with his separation power and see if instead of separation, he can just change forms.

After all, if his memory served him right, he remembered that Vergil could control it and change into V in DMC 5.

And lo and behold, he actually succeeded. Instead of separating into two beings, one his sane side and the other his insane side, he just changed his form, transformed into his sane side.

But he still didn't transform that often. Why? Well, because this was really his sane side, and he felt a little uncomfortable when there wasn't imaginations and images of slaughtering and killing in his head.

That's why he's insane, because he always craves for violence and pain of others. Excluding his wives of course.

That's why, he just transformed into his Eve form when he wanted to just chill and relax. Because in this form, he didn't have any intrusive thoughts of killing and murdering.

After all, it's kinda hard to relax when you look at some random person and think about what they would look like while throwing up their guts.

So, yeah, he wanted to relax while looking beautiful as fuck. And once Erlong and Zhuqing spoke, he nodded with a sweet smile :"alright then, let's stroll and the city and maybe shop a little."

And that's what they did. Don't misunderstand though. Eve form isn't a different person from Ali.

It's like a filter that effects him to a very high degree. Like those cultivation techniques that will drive a person mad or insane.

But it's the opposite for Ali. Once he transforms into Eve, his uncontrollable insanity disappears.

But it's also necessary to say that, Ali doesn't hate his insanity. In fact, he loves it to no end. If not, he could've just asked R.O.B to delete his insanity.

As the three walked hand in hand, Erlong raised an eyebrow at Eve and smiled :"so? Tell me what you did a while ago.

It's definitely not something small since you would never let anything get in the way of you spending time with us."

Eve chuckled as he scratched his cheek with his index finger while looking a little embarrassed :"well, that's true.

Sigh, well, while we were in the Tian Dou Soul Arena, I sensed someone watching us from a far. It's not like it wasn't normal, but because of my Devil Monarch's bloodline, I can easily sense the malicious intent and negative emotions, so I knew that he was trouble.

And once I looked to see who was watching us, I found out that it was that teacher from Cang Hui school who dean Flender told us to be careful of."

The playful look immediately left Erlong's beautiful face as her head whipped to look at Eve with a worried look :"what?! That bastard, nightmare Shi Nian?! Are you alright?!"

With a delicate hand over his beautiful and plump lips, Eve chuckled before nodding with a smile :"yeah, I'm safe."

Zhuqing beside him gently squeezed his hand, getting his attention as she looked at him with a worried expression :"are you sure that you're alright?

We can just go and rest at home, you know? It wouldn't be good if you're injured and you kept it hidden."

With a gentle and loving smile that warmed up the hearts of the two bombshells, Eve shook his head :"I'm serious, I'm alright.

You know that I'm not afraid or embarrassed of asking for help. If I was injured, I would definitely ask for your help.

Anyway, considering the little knowledge that I knew of him and the intensity of his bloodlust, I had a hunch that he was plotting something.

So I got out of Tian Dou Soul Arena to see what he was planning. And I found out when I sensed that he had put me inside an illusion.

Eve chuckled before shrugging :"no, I just have good luck I guess. But trouble does come a lot with that good luck."

Erlong hummed before she took a look at the soul bone :"but this one seems to be a lot weaker than the ones you gave us.

Seems to be just a millennium year soul bone. Nothing compared to the soul bones you gave us."

Eve nodded before he put the soul bone back inside his Majesty's ring :"that's right. That's why I don't want any of you to absorb it.

Even though I can increase the age of soul rings and soul bones, I can't change their quality. That's why I want you all to have good soul bones.

The soul bones that we must have, should come from a soul beast that is at least decade millennium.

Unless it's a super soul beast like the Titan Giant Ape's soul bone, then we won't absorb it. After all, there are only 6 spots for soul bones, we don't want to waste them."

Erlong nodded with a focused look on her face :"you're right. Even though soul bones are extremely precious, we shouldn't take them rashly.

Even though this soul bone is a skull soul bone, its age is still too low. Yuehua has already absorbed a skull soul bone, even though me and Zhuqing still don't have a skull bone, we shouldn't waste our soul bone spot.

So it will just have to stay in your ring till you figure out what you should do with it. By the way, that reminds me, why haven't you absorbed any soul bones till now?"

Eve giggled mischievously as he winked at her :"I have my own plans for the future. And once you see it, you will definitely be shocked!"

Seeing his cute antics, Erlong chuckled before letting go of Eve's hand, confusing him before she smacked his ass.

Making him yelp before he let go of Zhuqing's hand and covered his rear with both hands as he stuttered with a blush :"h-hey! W-what was that for?!"

Erlong smiled teasingly with a smug face :"nothing, just seeing you acting so adorably made me want to feel your sexy body."

Eve, with a blush on his face, pursed his lips adorably :"b-but why would you do it in public? It's embarrassing, you know?"

Erlong smiled mischievously as she bit her bottom lip :"that's the point, love. Seeing you embarrassed and shy is really fun and such a huge turn on. I just can't stop myself from wanting to tease you and make you blush even more~."

And in the face of her teasing, Eve could do nothing but blush even more and look away in hopes of his lover having mercy on him.
