Magdalene got to the castle and had dinner with everyone. Lucas and Cordelia were absent and she couldn't help but feel a little disappointed not seeing Lucas. She wondered if they were together but quickly dispelled the thought so it didn't affect her mood.
After dinner was over Magdalene made to go to her room not wanting to hang around anyone.
"Magdalene" Morgan called from behind. She secretly frowned not wanting to deal with Morgan today.
"Yes milady" She said without a smile.
"I know you've been upset since our last meeting but I don't want you to see me as the enemy" Morgan replied.
"I don't" She simply said.
"I'm glad you've been putting my words into consideration. It's a good thing you're keeping your distance with the Lord" She said again and Magdalene only nodded.
"I hope you don't mind accompanying me to the Whitlock mansion for a little tea party two days from today" Said Morgan.
"Whitlock mansion. Isn't that the place of Sir James?" Magdalene asked.
