Listening to his questions, Olympia frowned, jumped, and pushed her back hard against the wall intending to flip and land behind Mystic and then run away but things didn't go as planned when she pushed herself. Mystic released her arms which were pinned to the wall and allowed her to fall on him at the same time intentionally allowing himself to fall on the ground.
Olympia's forehead almost landed on his but he switched thereby, laying her on the ground and staying above her while staring into those emerald gems that were widened in shock.
"You are something" Mystic was amused.
Olympia frowned. "Stay away from me!" She screamed dramatically.
Mystic eyebrows rose at the dramatic delicate bird. He got up, wrapped his arm around her waist, and pulled her up.
"Stop touching me!" Olympia screamed and placed her hands on his chest to push him away. He was so tall and large, Olympia pouted in anger seeing that he wasn't budging.
Mystic released her waist and glared at her as she tried to push him away. He tilted his head to his side and held the girl's wrist. Olympia turned red in the face and looked up at him.
"But you are touching me, future wife" Olympia gasped and looked at her hands on his chest, it wasn't like it was bare, he was fully clothed. She tried to remove her hands but he was holding her wrist and pushing her hands firmly on his hard chest.
"What are you doing?!" Olympia shouted.
"I want you to touch me so that I will be allowed to touch you" He replied nonchalantly.
Olympia couldn't believe her ears, she wanted to cut off his head so badly. "Stop it! Stop it! I want to go back to my parents and stop calling me your future wife!" Mystic released her wrists after her outburst and smirked dangerously as she sprang up, and ran out of the room.
Olympia ran into a guard immediately after she got out of the room. The guard grabbed her to stop her from escaping but she tackled him and took his sword then placed it close to his neck.
"Take me out of this place!" She growled.
The guard was prepared to stop her, but he saw the king standing behind the girl, he wore a stern expression that sent cold to freeze his spine. The king's expression was telling him to obey the girl.
The guard nodded and led Olympia away while Mystic walked back into his room.
"I hope you aren't taking me to the wrong place?" Olympia asked as she looked around the attractive bright hallway.
"No my lady" The guard grunted as Olympia placed the sword closer to his neck.
Olympia's emerald eyes brightened when she saw a large open door, it was familiar and was the entrance of the mansion. Immediately they walked outside, guards surrounded her and Olympia was furious.
She kicked the guard who she threatened and he fell to the ground. She then tackled a guard in front of her, dropped the sword, and ran away as fast as she could eventually arriving at the large bridge of the castle.
"I'm free!" She giggled happily and ran into the large grass field.
She was excited until a frightening roar echoed and the light on her was covered by a large wing shadow.
Olympia froze, turned, and lifted her head seeing a huge black dragon flying above her. "Dragon?!" She exclaimed with shock and resumed running but she wasn't fast enough and got picked up by the dragon.
Olympia screamed and struggled, she gave up when she saw that the dragon was taking her back to the castle.
The castle compound was very enormous but Olympia could run as fast as a vampire which was why she arrived at the castle bridge within a minute. The dragon dropped her to her feet, on the grass field of the castle then roared at her.
Olympia squeaked and moved away from the huge black, its blue eyes narrowed at her, it looked like it wanted to eat her but it hesitated and growled at her.
Olympia was breathless, her skin was paler than usual. She had gone through a lot in one night, she saw humanoid beings of fire now she was seeing a mighty black dragon. She knew they all existed but she had never hoped to see them.
Mystic was watching the delicate bird while sitting on the back of Ares, the dragon. Olympia was staring at Ares's eyes distracted to notice that he was on the dragon. She looked scared, he noticed how flushed and breathless she was. He noticed how badly she wanted to see those insects called her parents and he noticed how she couldn't take all that had happened that night. A small smile curved his attractive thin lips, he was impressed by how she tackled the guards earlier.
Finally, emerald eyes met unique dark eyes. A little wind blew around them making their hairs move according to the rhythm of the wind.
"Why are you doing this to me?! I don't want to get married to you! I can protect myself!" Olympia yelled, her emerald eyes flooded with tears.
It was said that it was rare to see a golden phoenix cry. A soft chuckle escaped his lips at the thought of seeing his delicate insane bird cry. She looked so weak that one could think that they could defeat her.
"You are cruel! Let me go!" Olympia yelled after getting offended that he was amused seeing her in pain.
Mystic jumped off Ares, hissed, and walked towards her. Olympia didn't move away, her frown deepened and the tears in her eyes vanished which eased Mystic.
Ares watched the scene silently, he was amused.
"You have the strength, the brains," He paused and leaned his face close to hers. "Your parents are going to come to meet you here, safe and sound but on one condition"
"Marry you?" She was enraged.
"Yes" Mystic replied calmly.
"Why?" Mystic almost laughed.
"See it as me having the honor to protect you my delicate insane bird"
Olympia's eyes almost popped out of their sockets. "Your? Delicate? Insane? Bird?!" She placed her hands on his chest as her face turned red in anger.
Mystic's chest vibrated as he chuckled deeply then held her wrists. "Your hands are so small but I am sure that they can do a lot of things"
"Of course, they can" Olympia protested unaware of the true meaning of his words.
Mystic released her wrists while she removed her hands from his chest and frowned at him.
"So are you getting married to me?" Mystic asked calmly.
"No" Olympia scoffed and turned away.
"No one can force me to do what I don't want to do. I can protect myself" Olympia said running away. Mystic unexpectedly appeared in front of her, his eyes had darkened and darkness glimmered in them.
Olympia felt intimidated but she didn't admit it, she moved away and froze immediately he smirked in a villainous way.
For some reason, she felt that she was supposed to protect herself from him but then she remembered those humanoid fire beings, she fainted and woke up in the castle. It meant that the king saved her.
"You seem to have questions," His voice was deeper than usual and he was very intimidating. "No one can answer them except me but all I can say is that there is a lot you don't know my delicate insane bird"
Olympia clenched her fists and closed her eyes. She wished that she could faint was once again. She indeed had questions but she was scared of commitment.
"I want to go back, take me back. My parents" She whispered and opened her eyes seeing that Mystic had turned away from her. His hair was indeed very long and thick.
"You are scared of commitment, let's make rules then and it will only be for us" Mystic unexpectedly said. "Rules that will determine and make our relationship when we get married"
Olympia's eyes widened, she was interested. "Yes"
Mystic turned to her this time wearing an amused smile on his beautiful face. "Good, how about three each that we should never break"
Olympia loved his suggestion though she wished that hers should be ten and he should be one but she loved his suggestion.
Seeing a beautiful smile on her face Mystic felt that he was doing the biggest mistake of his life. He wanted her in his life so bad that he felt that he had placed himself in a dragon's mouth.
"Okay, I am in" Olympia giggled and clapped her hands excitedly. "I will get married to you then and we will abide by the rules that we will make."
"Of course, future wife" Mystic outstretched his hand waiting for hers.
Olympia frowned. "You aren't deaf, are you? Do not call me that" She pouted in anger and placed her small hand on his large hand which he clasped firmly.
