Bea was someone with the potential to reach Rank 9 and maybe even surpass it, being the first on the planet to become a Law Master, so the Grand Patriarch would have been willing to change his plans for her sake, but she died, so he didn't plan to take any risk for the sake of a waste that failed to protect Bea.

The Ugador Clan didn't know exactly what had happened, but for the whole army being killed except the army leader and Bea's father, it was obvious that something major happened.
