"Baby, Erdem." Cedric came into my office teasingly.

"What's needed?" I'm busy signing papers.

"Here," landed on a paper. "I looked for a broker to sell your property in Batangas right away. Is it okay if you can't get it in full?"

"I'm just chasing that half to supplement the company's shares."

"Why don't you accept my offer of help? Will you still wait until after this month and deduct all your properties?"

"Thanks for the help but it's okay. Sometimes we don't depend on other people to learn to stand on our own two feet now that I'm the CEO of the company."
