" I think we should have placed her about 1000 mt apart right Rodrick" smirked Verna but she did not receive any response from him.

She rolled her eyes as she ignored him, what else could she do this team currently with her was a gift from Freya and as a good pawn she was here to fill her role but who said she could not derive some fun from it.

"Do you wanna save your little witch friend, look she stands there like a freezing block of ice, not knowing that her fate depends completely on you" spoke Verna as she smiled cruelly at her. There were 5 werewolves standing behind Prerna giving Infinity a feeling that they were ready to pounce on her friend.

Infinity felt anger rise in her chest, she gritted her teeth as she asked Verna " why, what have I ever done to you. Why is my suffering a fun for you. I know you were the one who collected everyone to see me like that and those photos from last year...". Infinity could not speak she was in a condition where anger and fear made her choke as tears dripped from her eyes.

She could only mumble " what do you want in return for letting her go".

Verna smiled " Beg, in your knees Infinity, because I want to see you suffering and the reason you ask for all this let's just say Karma caught you and was ready to make you her bitch".

Infinity could only do what she was asked to do, falling on her knees she begged " please Verna let her go she never did anything to you".

Verna laughed " Infinity, I want everyone to know that anyone who is coming in contact with you will only get suffering in return for your company".

Infinity asked " I am here on my knees please ask Rodrick to bring her back".

Verna smiled " I never said I would bring her back if you beg me, though I can tell you how you can bring her back . Can you look at my friend , Rodrick's buddies standing behind Prerna. I promised to let her be their mate for one day. Can you replace her for that".

I looked at Prerna as she felt tears falling from her eyes behind her 5 man half human and half werewolves stood together looking at them with anticipation.

Prerna was stiff in fear as she could not let Infinity come here and nor can she herself stay here.

Infinity looked around her she hoped Renju can bring Drake here and they can resolve the issue but a chuckle sounded behind Verna.

The one who was laughing was the Vampire from Verna's group he was silent all this while making everyone feel he was not here all this time.

Verna you should tell your friend what happened last year she heard the mellowed down version I think or probably none told her the real truth.

He continued " Last year, a group same as ours wanted to explore werewolf territory and their companion brought them here where they were caught by the group of rogues that are standing there now. The treking leader approached the werewolves to let them go just like you are planning to do right now . They even approached the Alpha. But for werewolves no one can interfere when any wolf consider someone as their prey unless they are willing to fight with them".

The silent man smiled remembering the memory " now, the fun part is their own Alpha enjoys such hunt and in the end the females in the groups were mounted and made to stay there to be shared in the group even to this day and as for male they are dead. Though in the eyes of the supernatural community they punished the werewolf who brought his group there, but nothing exactly happened to him".

" Even if you bring entire school nothing and no-one can bring your friend out except you yourself if you can replace her I can guarantee nothing will happen to her".

Infinity felt her fingers become slick with sweat, as she nodded " I will go but let her leave after that".

Prerna shouted " are you mad " but with firm glance Infinity decided to cross the border to the place where nothing but danger awaited for her.

The main guy behind Prerna with long shaggy hairs walked towards Prerna as he licked her ears " you should leave sweetheart or would you like to stay here to join the fun your friend is about to have".

Shaking Prerna moved towards Infinity as they met halfway, Prerna wanted to pull her with her towards the border but Infinity shook her head they were prey right now and she knew in the eyes of the wolves waiting for her that they wanted them to run so that they could give chase.

Prerna and Infinity kept moving in opposite direction as soon as Prerna crossed the border. Werewolves expected Infinity to run in opposite direction but she instead jumped on them.

They thought she would be easy to suppress but she was small, Swift and vicious.

She would Target their ears, neck and below belt region. With her nails, teeth and punches she tried everything. Until their leader with long shaggy hairs, controlled her by pressing her waist and holding her wrist and legs.

She felt him approaching her, his foul breath moving accross her face and she closed her eyes as she let his lips come close to her. As his grip on her wrist loosed she pulled out a key that was hidden inside her fist since she decided to climb the border, inside his eyes. The key was made of silver as he howled and stood up in pain she jumped on her feet kicked his nuts and ran towards the border where she was tackled from behind and her head crashed into the sharp stone as darkness was clouding her vision a scream came out of her lips that scream was filled with pain, suffering and despair

Unknown to her there was someone who was sitting in his garage caring for his bike stopped his action abruptly as a vicious growl escaped from his lips.

Brodie who was few steps behind Zoro became startled as Zoro quickly turned into werewolf as he ran in specific direction. All the wolves in the vicinity felt the urge to bow down and they did just that as Zoro passed by them as Swift as lighting to find his mate who was currently in danger as her soul called out to him.

But the question remained will he be able to reach her on time.
