Ch28: A beautiful connection

Here we are in our room at 3:30A.M.

We are both eating the pasta.

Me: THIS IS SOO GOOD!

I say while chewing it.

I mean damn! It really is!!!

Daniel: *laughing* Yes, My mother taught me.

Me: She must've been an amazing cook.

Daniel: She was *smiling*

Me: What was she like?

I asked him, we already finished our pasta so we kept it on the coffee table.

I came back on bed, he was half lying on the bed with the support of pillow. His back on pillow.

Daniel: Come here

I went to him and lied down the way he was lying on his laps and he pulled up the blanket.

Then he started thinking about her but right at that moment something happened..

It was like.. No, not like.. I could see all his memories with his mother.

From learning to cook to those goodnight kissed to .. his parents fighting.

Every little thing.

As if I am also there.. with him.

A beautiful connection that was letting me know his feelings and the best part? He trusted me, trusted me enough to show all his sides.. from pain to love.

Last memory he had was of his mother giving him a necklace..

And that's it.

Daniel: How- How did that happen?

Me: I guess you trust me. *smiling* She was really beautiful Daniel.

I mean it.

Daniel: That she was *smile*
