Chapter 6 Stop Dreaming
"Mavi Perez, stop dreaming. If you hadn't gone insane, I'd advise you to run away as soon as possible. The policemen will find out soon that you've framed my father !" Eliz rebuked, pretending to be fierce.
But in the truth, her mind was a mess...
She had never thought that the man she loved the most would one day become one she hated the most.
"Really?" The next second, his eyes revealed a hint of greed.
"I guess that the old man didn't tell you anything. Last month, the company receive a case, but because of a lack of cash flow, we used this house as Collateral. Now that the company is in trouble, I've bought this house from the bank on justifiable terms"
"Don't insult my father like that!" Eliz grabbed his sleeve in anger and try to drag him out of the room.
But Mavi stood his ground and said, "Jesoro Donor, come in, please...
Then, he suddenly shoved Eliz to the ground.
Seeing this, Elizabeth ran up to her and anxiously asked, " Sweetie, are you hurt?"
Eliz pursed her lips as she tried to resist to urge to cry. She slowly stood up from being ground, dusted her clothes off, and said, "Mom, I fine."
"Mrs. Navarro, Miss Navarro, I am Mr. Perez's lawyer. This is the contract that proves Mr.Perez's ownership of this house. Please vacate residence at once." Jesoro rigidly said as he walked into the house, holding the contract out in front of him.
The brief sentence he had uttered was as undoubted as a cold imperial edict.
Elizabeth took the contract from him with trembling hands. She looked at the bottom of the paged and realize the document did her husband's signature.
Elizabeth lowers her head and fell silent as tears welled up in her eyes.
" Mom, don't worry. We'll be back soon. This bastard will come to no good end." Eliz turned her head to glare at Mavi mas she cursed him.
"Stop, Sweetie. I don't like the way that you looked at me just now," Mavi said in a mocking-seductive voice, but his eyes were filled with a cold impatience.
Eliz walked forward without giving him another glance. She wanted to go back to her room to pack up her things before leaving.
Seeing that Eliz was ignoring him, Mavi strode forward and caught her arm.
"You bastard, let me go," Eliz fiercely pushes him away with all her strength. Keeping a safe distance from him, she looked at Mavi with disgust.
After hesitating for a while Mavi said, "Sweetie, I like you very much. If you want to stay here, you can resign from the hospital and serve me at home. If you agree to be my woman, I promise that you can live a comfortable life for the rest of your life."
"Ew, gross. Mavi, I would sooner sweep the streets than be your woman. You'd better give up such disgusting ideas."
'He had sex with Celine yesterday, and now he's saying he likes me. Does he think I'm an idiot?'
"I'm telling you the truth, Sweetie. I like you more than Celine because of your never-give-up attitude."
An obscene smile hung on Mav's face, but everything he had said was true.
Celine was just a tool for him to get the Navarro Family's property.
Over the years, the only woman he like was Eliz.
Unfortunately, Mavi could never genuinely love Eliz.
The Navarro family had purchased the Perez Family's company fourteen years ago, leading his parents to jump off abuilding one night.
He had grown up with hatred in his heart, so he had gotten close to Eliz only to take revenge.
