Chapter 1

Ella's POV

I woke up and looked at the clock and saw that it was 5:30 in the morning and school didn't start till eight and it is a 15 minute walk but if my mom dropped me off it would be 5 minutes. I am usually the first to get up and the last to go to sleep, so i leapt out of bed and went to brush my teeth and take a quick shower to start the morning off fresh. Did i mention it is my last, first day of school. No? Anyways 10 minutes later i got out the shower and did my hair and throw on my clothes. I do NOT wear makeup if you wore wondering because that stuff is just so unnatural even if i get bullied about how i look and dress it was a rule i stuck with.

I went to my mothers room and woke her up because i know how hard she works and needs the rest so i always woke her up. She opened her eyes and said " Good morning baby" and jumped on her and laugh because even though i have depression whenever my mother called me Baby it made me feel like a baby, those days were the happiest days of my life . I got up and said to my lovely mother " Mom get up and get dressed it is 6:00, I will go make breakfast".

I went downstairs and made grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and egg and by the time i was finished my mother came down and we both sat and ate. When we were done it was 7:00 and she said i could get a rid but i turned down the offer because i wanted a run to lose some weight.

My mother and i said our goodbyes and i left the house. 5 minutes into jogging i saw someone ahead of me that looks like he is going to school and he looks my age. I caught up because he stopped to tie his shoe laces. He said "Good Morning" but i don't reply since i am a selective mute.

I had signed Good Morning and i was left in awe that he understood and signed Where are you going? and i signed to him To Ridgeson High School and he replied Same. I saw him starring into my eye and i looked down and signed i am not deaf so you can talk to me naturally and i will sign to you and he replied saying ''okay''. I looked at the time and saw it was 7:15 and i wanted to go to the library to get in some 30 minutes of reading and then head to class since i do not have any friends to talk to so we said we jogged to school and soon parted ways as i went to the library...

After I came out of the library and got my books i went to class 5 minutes before the bell rang and signed good morning to my favorite teacher Mrs.Hannah who took the time out to learn sign language (This is also Biology which is my favorite class)...

The bell rang and in came the pack of wolves as i took out my book. Mrs. Hannah started talking and i took in all the words, after all i was top in my year. Then we heard a rap on the door and in came a familiar face but i just realized i didn't catch his name in the small talk we had, Anyways i took in his features i missed and realized he is now the hottest guy at the school. Right after i looked down and i heard him introduce himself as Kyle Lee and that he is 17 years old. Then i looked up and saw that Mrs. Hannah pointed at him to a seat on the right side of me. As he came towards the seat next to me, Mrs. Hannah started talking again and i wrote down everything she said. A few minutes before class ended i heard Kyle ask me "what is my next class?" and i wrote down on a piece of paper English and he said "Same". I am starting to think he likes to use the word SAME. Class came to an end and as i walk out i saw someone beside me which is unusual, i looked beside me and it was Kyle but i shook it off and walked to my locker and Surprisingly, Kyle's locker was right next to mine, crazy right.

Skipping to Lunch...

As I went to the cafeteria KYLE was still next to me because apparently we had all the same classes. When we got to the cafeteria, Everyone was looking at Kyle because and I quote He is hot as a Sex God. Alot of girls were giving me a look of envy and jealousy and I felt like I wanted to cry because if looks could kill I would be 6 feet under.

I got my food and sat by the Garbage as usual but this time Kyle was there with a cheerful look on his face. Next thing I saw Brittany the schools Queen Bitch. She came Striding up to my table with her minions and I could not tell if she was coming to me or to Kyle.

When she reached the table, She put a fake smile on her thick face because of all that makeup. Then she looked at Kyle and said "Hello Handsome, Would you like to sit with me and my girls?" But Kyle was too fascinated by his food to hear anything she said, at least that is what I thought. She then repeated her words without using her squeaky voice. Kyle looked up and said "No thanks". She humped and left the table and I knew this wasn't the end of it.

Then the popular guys came into the cafeteria and walked over to my table and hugged Kyle. I wondered what was going on. I never hated the popular guys because they never bullied me although they would sometimes laugh I didn't hate them for it. Then all of a sudden they all sat down and started to talk to Kyle. After a minute I heard someone say "Ella?" And I looked up because I was in my own Ella's wonderland while eating and I had a puzzled look on my face. Kyle signed Do you know my boys and I signed I have seen them but i dont know them.

I know the story is a little boring BUT I am trying to build the foundation and then I promise it will get better .
