Before and During The Incident

Earlier before the missing incident…

As Mori Ken left to get their lemonade, Hayashi Sakura was left alone contemplating what happened just now. 

"I like you,"

The way Ken said that to her earlier was almost in a whisper so she was kind of arguing inside her head if she heard it right or was she imagining things that weren't really happening at that time?

Before she could even ask about it to Ken though, the marching band came just in time for her to do that and so her plan of asking Ken about it was gone in an instant. 

The latter also looked like he didn't really say anything which convinces Sakura even more that those words she thought he spoke never really happened at all.

Ahh… is she this desperate already to the point that she's hearing things that aren't real? Sakura doesn't know yet for certain.
