Chapter 6

In a bar two men were sitting on the couch, one is lying his head on the couch as his eyes are close and the frown in his eyebrows are deepening more as if he is in a grave problem.

The other one sitting on opposite couch. He is sipping a cocktail in amusement as if he is watching a great show.

In reality, It is a great show for him as he has never saw his friend like this in their two decades friendship.

"So, you have followed her to her date? Observe her dating with other men? and returned here to discuss about their date?" Ryan gives a mischievous smile as he mocks Sameul.

Sameul opens his eyes and glares at Ryan from the corner of his eyes. Ryan lifts his one leg and puts on another as he leans his back on the couch.

"What?, Didn't you follow them on their date?"

Other side remain silent as Ryan speaks again,

"Sameul,you have come to this city and shifted the headquarter of your company here in just four months, for what?"

"Because the headquarter is more suited here then City C", Sameul answers gravely.

The other side remained silent for a second.

"So, why are you here with me today? Making my Sunday a workday." asks Ryan shuddering his shoulders.

After sometime,

"Maybe you have fell for Ms.Brown" taking a sip,Ryan speak as if he is talking something casual.

Samuel's eyebrow lifts as he listens to Ryan.

Discerning Sameul's gaze Ryan lifts his eyes from the glass, "Of course, the two of you have lived under the same roof, so there might be the possibility for you to have feelings for her."

Sameul remains silent.

[A waiter comes and Sameul pays the bill.]

After the waiter leaves, Ryan observe Sameul's facial expression:

"It is also possible for her to have feelings for you." Ryan speaks slowly observing Sameul's expression.

Sameul looks at Ryan :"Yes, she could have also fallen for you as you are a handsome guy who can't fall for you? Even a man can fall for your goodlooks" At first Ryan speaks as if he is telling truth ( To be honest, Sameul is a handsome guy) but at the end of the sentence Ryan speaks with some teasing tone and laughs at his own humor.

As Ryan's starts to laugh loudly people of the bar starts to look at their direction.Sameul gets up from the couch and strode towards the exit. Observing that Sameul is going to leave Ryan also follows.

"Yes, she could have also fallen for you." Ryan speaks as soon as he catches up with Sameul.

Sameul remains silent. As they reaches the parking:"Could you take me to your home as I have drunk Alcohol and can't drive." Ryan asks.

"Sit" Buckling his seatbelt speaks Sameul.

Ryan slipped in the passenger seats and buckles his seatbelt.

Sameul reaches his apartment from the ground he sees the lights of Elisa's apartment are still on.

After taking shower Sameul is lying in his bed, his eyes are on the ceiling but it seems like he can see far beyond the ceiling.

When thinks about today's events he could feel a sharp pain in his chest and when he thinks about the thing Ryan said he couldn't help but think that If he had actually fell for Ms.Brown

He couldn't help but murmur "Ms.Brown" in a really small voice.

The next morning when Elisa was heading to bus stop to go to office she saw a person leaning against a black car.

"Oh! Ms.Brown, what a coincidence you also live here."

"Oh!,Yes, Mr.Davis I live here" Elisa speaks as she smiles at him.

"Do you also live here Mr.Davis?"

"Oh! No, no I don't live here,Ms.Davis in fact Sameul lives here"

As Ryan speaks he looks behind the Elisa.

Listening to Ryan's word Elisa shows some surprise in her eyes and looks at Ryan and her gaze follows his where she saw a man wearing a black suit is coming towards their direction.

As the sound of the his each step is getting louder Elisa's heartbeat is getting faster and faster. She have known that in life they could pass each other's path but she haven't thought that they could meet like this again.
