Chapter 11

Sameul was returning from buying pain killers and some bandages when he saw that a girl looking like Elisa is pushing a wheelchair but he snaps out of his thought and goes directly to Adeleen who was waiting for him in emergency ward.

"There is no fracture but a sprain, so you should rest for some weeks, massage your ankle with ice" The doctor speaks as he looks at the x-ray of Adeleen.The doctor leaves by saying that.

Adeleen stand up and tries to walk but she couldn't walk, So Sameul gives his hand to her they were walking step by step.

"Don't worry, Elisa I will be fine" the voice of James suddenly stops the striding feet of Sameul as he looks back at James, and Elisa who was pushing James wheelchair

James and Elisa observes the fierce gaze of Sameul so they both turns their eyes towards Sameul and Adeleen.

Elisa is shocked to see Sameul here, her hands grabbing wheelchair are slightly lose before she grabs them back. She thinks" why am I acting like the wife who cheated on her husband"

"What happened Ms.Brown?" asks Adeleen worridely. Elisa hasn't noticed that Adeleen is also here, just now her focused was only on Sameul.She haven't noticed that Adeleen is also here,holding Sameul's hand.

"He just have a small accident while saving a little cat" Elisa speaks as she looks at James embarrsedly. James looks at Sameul and Adeleen with curiosity and then looks at Elisa.

Sameul suddenly feels cold in his heart, " Ms.Brown won't you introduce your friend?", Sameul asks as he furrows his brow.

"Friend", I'm her boyfriend", James gives mischievous smile as he looks at Elisa.

"Ms.Brown, so you moved to city A to be with your boyfriend", Adeleen teases Elisa, Elisa didn't know that this prankster will not stop joking even when his leg is broken and don't know how to react, somehow her eyes reaches towards Sameul's deep intense gaze, "He is not my boyfriend" Elisa speaks suddenly.

James laughs out loud as he observes Elisa's red face.

"Hi, I am James, I'm Elisa's colleague at office." James introduces himself.

Elisa tooks a slight breathe, Adeleen also introduces herself and Sameul." I am Adeleen Gracia and I was Elisa's former boss and he is Sameul Miller my business partner and childhood friend.

Sameul gives a slight node to James and James also nodes to Sameul. There was total silence for a moment. Before anyone speaks,"Mr.Miller, Ms.Gracia, we shall took our leave", Elisa speaks as she pushesbJames's wheelchair toward Sameul and Adeleen

"We live in the same direction so I should drop you."

Sameul talks while looking at Elisa who was at his side, Elisa freezes in the place before she turns,"No need, we can go back by yourself."

"Yes, You should first drop Ms.Gracia, we can go by ourself" James also speaks in support of Elisa as he looks at Sameul.

"Bu.." Sameul has just opened his mouth, Adeleen grabs his hand strongly as she bends her back grabbing her leg. Sameul also bends his back and looks at Adeleen worriedly, "Are you alright?", Sameul asks, Adeleen gives a slight smile as she nodes her head.

"Goodnight, Mr.Miller,Ms.Gracia", Elisa starts to stride towards exit , Sameul looks at Elisa's back as he stays there, his eyes looks at her back for a moment before she turns into corridor.

Elisa has dropped James and returning home she walks slowly in the pavements looking at Cherry Flowers, she takes a deep breath as she thinks of today's event, her eyes looking at the sky, wanders around stars "I have done the right thing" she presses her lips as she thinks in her mind.

She walks slowly as if she is measuring every step she takes, Sometimes she stops in her steps and looks at the twin star who are staying side by side ,staring at the stars her nose became runny and her eyes became watery. Suddenly, she stopped in her step and sit in her feet hugging her knees after sometime she stand up again and start to walk slowly.

She hasn't noticed that a man was following her, she stepped in elevator as soon as she entered another person also stepped in the elevator. Elisa looks at the person and quietly pressed the third floor, the other person also remains silent as the lift reaches third floor, "Ms.Brown, why did you leave suddenly?" Sameul asks looking at Elisa's back.

"Because my work was finished" Elisa stepped outside the lift but as soon as her she stepped another foot , She was taken in in the lift with sudden force.

Elisa's back hurt as she angrily looked at Sameul who was grabbing both Elisa's arm but the gaze of Sameul was more intense than Elisa's.
