8. Broke up never easy

"Bom!"

I run towards him

"Why you ignore me?"

"Uh... I'm sorry I'm in the middle of call. Mom it's Hyun Jae... okay... call you later. Bye mom"

Bom end his call and open his earphones

"Where's Song?" I look around

"He's busy, since Vivi back from gathering he's always at Vivi's tail. What about you?"

"Me?"  We keep walking at the corridor

" yes. It's been a week. Are you not gonna say it?"

"What?"

Bom circle his hand around my neck

"Are you gonna keep it for yourself. Tell me... tell me"

" what?" I stopped

"Hyo Joo" Bom let his hand

"Ah... just... I don't get a timing to say it" I scratch my back hair

"Don't mind me. What is so bad from break up with that kind of girl? I must be grateful actually"

"Really"

"Yes. It's never easy but it's not impossible. So tell me"

"Hm.. how about we wait for Song. Let's talk while breakfast. I'll call him"

"No need... looks"

We see Song walk slowly, his face so gloomy

"What now? You were live in your love all this week and now you look like a dumped man" Bom asks

"Song?" I look at Song

"What must  I do now, how can I do?" Song begin talk with worrying tone

"What happened?" Bom ask

"Vivi dump me" Song almost yelled

Both of us were surprised, they were so lovey dovey all this time.

We sit at the caffe across the university. Song keep hit his head to the table

"Song stop it" Bom said

Song put his head on the table

"Tell us what happened " I ask

"I don't know, we were have a good time before I back to the dorm. And she called me at 9. She said " she can't do it anymore. She feel tired" "

"Tired? How can?" Bom still confused

" she said our relationship feel flat, tasteless, insipid"

"But you said you never fight before. And you were good to each other"

"I don't know, I don't know. Do I make a mistake? How do you think?"

"We... a..."

Actually we doesn't know how to tell. I don't have many love experiences and Bom not in a good condition to give an advice. Also I don't have a time to say about me and Hyo Joo. It's not a good timing.

"Song, maybe you and Vivi need a time. Just keep calm for now. Talk again to Vivi when both of you have a clear mind" I suggest

"Ah... my heart can be at ease at all, i keep worrying all day, I can't concentrate. It's like being struck by a lightning "

I and Bom look at each other

"Song, at least you enter the class"

We tried to persuade Song. Finally after we promise to help him, he agrees to go to the class.

I and Bom keep looking at Song. We feel uneasy too, but we definitely doesn't have a clue.

Tring, a message

"Hyun Jae. I got free day from work. Wanna grab lunch together?"

I really loves too but what about Song

"Actually I really loves the idea, but Song is in the middle of crisis,  also I haven't tell them about us"

"Oh okay, stay with him"

Then some idea pop at my head

"But, how about you get lunch with us, maybe you can help Song problem. We have a dead end here"

"Hm... okay"

After class

"Song let's go somewhere, I'll treat you"

"I don't have appetite " Song answer

"Hey Song even your heart is broken or hurt, morning still come and you will feel hungry. Better refill your energy and think about solutions" Bom said

"Song, I'll invite someone. Maybe she can help your problem"

"Really? Okay. I'll do everything need to solve this problem"

We finally arrived at restaurant. It's currently Hyo Joo another part time job place. But she was free today.

As soon as we enter she waves to us.

"Hyo joo ssi" Bom greet

"So Hyo joo is the one who will help me?" Song said

"Help what?" Hyo joo confused

"So..."

I explained  to Hyo joo about Song problem and I must said like that to persuade Song to come here.

"Hm... I get now. But Song I wanna ask you something "

"Yes ask me everything "

"Did Vivi ever said no for you?"

"No she never said no"

I and Bom keep attention to what Hyo Joo said while eating

"How about you? Have you ever said no to Vivi?"

"Of course, I never said no for her"

"Even in a difficult situation?"

"Uh?"

"Listen song, I think both of you had stuck in polite love situations. Both of you can't denied and try the best to make others feel happy. Both of you hide your real desire just to make others feel good. On love it's good to understand each other, but at your case both of you is too much. That's make your love lose a spark. Cause both of you act as a polite friends than a lover"

"Do Vivi ever share her difficulties that she had?"

"No she always smile and happy"

"And how about you, do you ever share your thoughts, your worries or problem?"

"No, I don't wanna make she worry "

"That's the point. You have a person you love not just to share happy and good thing but also bad and sad. Do you ever look at her clearly, deep down to her heart? About her problems?"

Song look down, what Hyo Joo said is true

Song reminiscences his days with Vivi. Everytime they were together they always laugh and happy. But Song can't pay much attention to vivi's eye. It's full of empty when she had a problem. She always try to be tought and happy in front of Song. But when she alone she will cry, it's kill her slowly. She needs Song but she can't ask for it, Song in other side can't feel it. It's hurt Vivi more and more. She begin questioning her relationship with Song. She is tired. She lose her spark for him.

"Song, how about you meet her and try to fix everything. Communication is a key"

Song stand and go

"Song!" Bom call song

"Let him go" Hyo Joo said

"So what now? I don't wanna be the third wheel here"

Hyo Joo laugh

"What..."  I confused

"You think I don't know you were officially dating?"

Bom cross his hands

Hyo joo and me were embarrassing

"I'm sorry, I want to tell it but you know Song..."

"Okay... okay... I just joking. Let's eat, it's your treat "

We eat together

"I'm sorry" song bowing to Vivi

"Song-a"

"I'm sorry I don't pay much attention for your worries, I'm sorry I never care to your difficulties. Or ask about your thoughts. I'm the worst boyfriend ever"

"Song-a..."

Song end his bow and stand normally

"You can angry, sad, crying to me. You can say anything to me. Share everything to me. If I didn't ask for it you can say for it. I'll hear you. I'll put anything else for your problem. I'll always in your side. So please forgive me" Song close his eyes he too afraid if he rejected by Vivi again

Vivi quite for a while. Vivi touch Song face gently

"Song-a, I'm sorry too. I always hope you realize, in fact that wasn't right. You can't realized all my mind. I'm the one who doing wrong things. So forgive me too. I just jealous you can say anything to your friends but being polite to me. I also do the same thing. I don't realize your problem. We being good to each other not being loved"

"Really?"

Song hold Vivi's hand, vivi nod

"So you forgive me. We can back together again?"

"Yes"

Song hug Vivi

"Never be like this again, let's talk and communicate better "

Vivi nod and hug Song tightly
