The ring that I lost

"Okay." G heard a voice from behind. She was really desperate to get that ring.

"Let's set rules. You will stay faithful to me and I will give you this ring after one month."

"Can't you give it to me now. I promise I will date you no matter what."

She pleaded.

"I don't break promises.

"You think I am a fool." He turned and left her there alone.

The next day when G came for his work, he didn't see her. The whole day passed but she didn't come.

In the evening, he ended his shift and came out. He took a deep breath and walked towards his apartment, whistling.

When he reached there, he saw Selena sitting near the entrance of the building.

"What the hell are you doing here?" He was stunned sitting on the dirty stairway.

"I didn't have your number. And I don't want to disturb you at your work. They said do not disturb your partner at work." She smiled cutely.

"They...who?"

"People at the internet."
